The speed of the check in and check out was outstanding, the room was ready instantaneously, very clean, and spacious with partial sea view, staff is polite and cooperative and attentive, the breakfast was a royal treatment experience, overall the hotel is very convenient for busines and leasure travel and I will definitely book this hotel again for my next visit

The provided brochure did not clarify spa services and pool hours for the ladies

my selected room wasn’t ready upon check-in, so they gave me an upgrade to a suite which was superb. the bed was very comfortable and they were accommodating with a pillow menu which was delivered promptly upon my request. the room was quiet with no outside noise heard. the location was great and parking was available for free.

when i used the jacuzzi bath there was a leak from the pump which flooded the bathroom, however maintenance and house keeping were quick to attend and help clean it up.

The room was clean with sea view..the pool is covered and air conditioned so you can enjoy it regardless to how hot the weather is..even when the children felt cold and we asked them to turn off the AC they responded..thers is a helpful decent life guard who is always available for help. The location is near from all the resturants and the cournich. We loved our stay!

The bed matress is not comfy! One side is high and other side is low!

The location is great. I've been at the Movenpick on several occasions for work related functions but this was the first time I stayed there. This was a birthday treat for myself and my partner.

I had asked for a room that was designed for a disabled person. Unfortunately we didn't get that room and the following day, we had a problem with the lifts. They weren't working for nearly an hour. This caused us problems as my partner needed to be somewhere. We wanted to have breakfast early but this didn't happen due to the lifts being out of order. I explained to the staff that there was no way I could carry him up the stairs to the 12th floor in his wheelchair. The fact that I didn't get what I wanted in the first place makes me think that any requests that are made, are not listened to.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hospitality was great, and the reception process was fast and efficient upon our arrival. We were assisted by Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Abdullah, and Mr. Saud during our check-in and check-out, and they were all very helpful. The pianist in the lobby was marvelous, and we enjoyed her music while relaxing in the lobby. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a beautiful city view. Everything was spectacular. The breakfast on the 12th floor was spot on and left us feeling satisfied. We are definitely looking forward to returning next time!

The gym was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The hand soap and shampoo were high quality, which was a nice touch. The room and bathroom were clean.

The hotel has potential, but the room design feels outdated and in need of modernization. It's not well-adapted to current technology, with limited and poorly placed power outlets, making it inconvenient to charge devices.

I liked the overall check in check out experience, the room size, the location, the guest services, and the speed of services. The people are wonderful and the bed is super comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was so depressing - the display, the staff, the quality of food. It really could have been better.

I had a very nice room. Spacious and a very comfy bed. The indian restaurant in the hotel had very good food. Liked it very much. The best was the massage that I got in the gym and spa area. It was a Philippino massage from Therapist Jonel (I hope I remember the name correctly). Extremely good! Can highly recommend!

The air conditioning was extremely cold and we could not adjust the temp. Maintenance came to check it and said that it could not be readjusted . We turned it off and requested a blanket and they brought us a heater also.
