The property is new and very lovely and some of the staff members like - Bhumika in the restaurant and Sandeep who manages the breakfast area were wonderful and very attentive. Special call out for the evening cultural performance where they have local singers and dancers put up local performance for the guests. It was lovely to witness this.

Firstly, It appears a lot of their staff is not properly trained in communication and service. Unlike other top hotels and resorts in India. I had several occasions where I requested and called for something - Golf Cart, Plates, Tea etc. and they either forgot or were delayed by more than 15 mins and never bothered to inform us about it. Secondly, I think Aurika should invest a bit in the surroundings, right outside the hotel property the street is dirty and not well maintained, Aurika can easily maintain around 100meters approach road to the property. Lastly, It would be great if they provided the Rajasthani performers with a mic and a little stage instead of having them sit on the floor/carpet. A little respect goes a long way.

Beautiful hotel. The food was fantastic. Entertainment was great. Very polite staff. Nirmal, Kanchan, and Sandeep treated us like family. Getting us everything. The continental chef made fig and cheese ice cream for us. It was not even on the menu. It was yummy.

There was no welcome for us, and check-in was very long. One person was trying to check us in for 4 rooms. It took us over an hour and a half for the process to complete. All my kids and my siblings' kids are born and brought up overseas. We were hoping for a nice Rajasthani welcome. Nothing happened. We wanted them to experience the traditional welcome. We were a group of 22 people who all live overseas. When I picked Aurika, I expected a nice welcome.

Nothing, just wished the pool was heated!

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The location was perfect—peaceful and serene, away from the noise, yet close enough to enjoy the city. The views were breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the lake, hills, and city, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. All the amenities were top-notch, making the stay even more enjoyable. This is the ideal place for anyone looking for tranquility and natural beauty. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing and most courteous staff. Beautiful property in Udaipur. Their swimming pool is to die for. Fantastic experience.

Due to its location, it’s a bit of an effort to reach old city because uber drivers don’t take booking and demand extra money. Not Aurika’s problem but a caution for guests. Ignore this if you just want to enjoy the property and amenities and won’t head out much.

The property exterior n interior design was awesome. A royal look n feel. The breakfast was very good bt dinner was nt upto the mark. Biriyani you must not miss .

The staff co ordination is very poor.The staffs are not well trained to serve the guests of such a royal n huge property. The staffs are not professional. The staff training has to be done.

Everything. I loved the restaurant, which tailored to our south Indian food needs. I appreciate the chefs there, Prakhar, mayank, parisidhh, the girls, Merril from the pastry. All were always cordial with me n my daughter 💕. I loved everything n I miss them too n the heavenly property. I love you'll. Hope to meet n visit again.

The buggy drivers some were irritated and showing angry faces, n sometimes delayed.

The staff were wonderful, and no request went unturned. We felt pampered. The location, while about 20 min from the main city is perfect since it’s got fantastic hill and some lake views all around. It felt like a true getaway being excellent value for money.

There is only one restaurant at the property so if you’re staying for a long time, it can feel boring - though you can also eat at the bar as well as the poolside

Very good breakfast and dinner buffet with made to order Rotis and Parathas. Staff at the restaurant was very cordial and responsive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable with luxurious feel, Great view of the city and lake from the rooms.

The property is fantastic and very new. All the rooms face Valley, with beautiful views. The staff is exceptional and the support.

Ok Restaurant option in the hotel is very limited, and service is relatively slow.
