Everything was great overall . i was there specifically to unwind and have some quiet time to pull away from life and rest with my daughter . My only issue and the issue is one that really bothered me and left us unsettled was within 30 min or less of me. Being there , someone came in on us with a key and it frightened us and had us unsettled for the first half of our stay . I jumped up to see what was going on because the person closed backed out the door once seeing us inside. It was a maid who came into our room 319 by mistake but she said she meant to go in 318 and showed me a paper and said she got it wrong but we were changing and unpacking when we first got in so that was embarrassing and startling . I almost wanted to leave . We had a death in our family and we just wanted to go somewhere to be left alone. After that every noise near the door startled us so it took away from the stay but i like this spot , i liked breakfast and the front desk staff was auper kind

It was nice property. Everybody was really nice except for the maids If you ask them questions or needed anything they acted like you were bothering them. I am at the property is very nice. It is over priced for the area And we worried about our vehicle because they were homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. The pool is called. The hot tub is good. They ran out of towels, so you have no towels to shower with.

Stains in room carpet. A group of noisy high schoolers during my stay, but the receptionist was nice enough to give me a room at the top, with no other rooms above. Another guest didn't fare as well. In the elevato while looking at the ceiling with a disgruntled face expression he said, high schoolers...

We loved everything about our stay. My husband and I drove from the Valley last night. We drove through the storm and it took us about 4 hours to get to the hotel because the weather was so bad. Carlos was there to Great us when we arrived. He was so welcoming, kind, patient and very professional. Our check in was so smooth we were able to get into our room, dry off and relax. Carlos made our stay so nice and we enjoyed our night in. When we checked out today the wonderful woman I didn't catch her name was so kind and professional as well. We were headed off to an event and our check out was so easy and quick. Thank you for always taking care of us when we come. We just love it here!!

Hotel is new. Room was comfortable. Staff was nice. All in all a very reasonable option for staying in the area.

Not the hotel's fault but they are located not far away from a landfill and the smell can be a nuisance at times.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent. This is what really did it for me... Lobby was beautiful and looked brand new. Rooms were A+.

Parking; Overwhelming empty spots for EV. Had to drive around a lot of empty spaces I couldn't use because I didn't have an EV

New property with modern design and layout.. comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fantastic.

There’s a $15/day charge for parking. Mandatory unless you don’t have a car. But then I noticed some hotels are charging parking nowadays.

Staff was so pleasant. Accommodations were exceptional. We have stayed with Marriott previously but not at a Springhill Suites. Will most definitely stay at this Marriott option again in the future.

Everything was superb.

Location. Free breakfast but need to change their breakfast not everyday the same. Overall stay was great.

Need to upgrade the bed. Bathroom have ants.

Paid parking, what a disappointment. Also, there needs to be better communication on how to access WiFi and the premium tv channels. I couldn’t watch Max even though the tv said it was available.
