Amazing views of lake garda from the balcony and restaurant of the hotel. Exceptionally clean everywhere on the property. Great breakfast / coffee in the morning

No AC, which we knew when booking. Slept with doors open as it was warm at night. Cow nearby with a bell at night, but staff kept it away.

Please notice, if you're a fond of luxury and comfor, it's not a place for you. Yet, this is a very romantic and intimate place. Very nice people are running the hotel. The view from the balcony is just maginificent! Those evenings with sunsets are just unforgettable. It's also very convenient that the restaurant is in the hotel. Whenever we came back from driving around the region, and haven't found a place to eat, we could always safely eat "at home" (one remark: better go to the reception and make sure you don't need a reservation for table on weekends, as all might be occupied in the evening). Breakfast with rather constant menu, but all being brought to the table and all fresh and very tasty. In the restaurant, the lunch dishes also various and delicious. Parking and WiFi free of charge! Thank you dear hosts! ...and a small advice for those who are not well skilled in driving and don't want to e.g. lose your side-mirrors - the road from the lake shore (from Castelletto-Brenzone) up to the hotel, is pretty challenging, so you might want to reconsider making extra distance, and taking alternative way via Villanova - the road is wider and without any "one-car narrow" sections.

(1) The balconies are close to each other, so the smokers can give you a hard time, when you happen to have one as a neighbour - it would be recommended to divide the rooms into sections, where rooms close to each other are e.g. for non-smokers only. (2) The walls are a bit thin and this could also be an issue if the neighbours are not too quiet ones ;)

Come to this hotel if you like walking - you can go hiking every day up and down to the lake Garda. We’ve done it and that is our plan for our next stay. Our room had a balcony with a perfect view, it was lovely to stay there. The room is quite spacious (the bed could be better). Clean room, good bathroom. The restaurant is worth visiting for a dinner even if you are not staying in the hotel, we recommend fish, home - made pasta and tiramisu is a must. The breakfast is great, very good food plus an absolutely fantastic morning view; very Instagramish. The hotel has some entertainment for kids - a playground and you can take a look at Alpine cows (with a bell).

The hotel is on the high mountain - amazing view to the lake and opposite mountains. The hotel has its own restaurant - again with the amazing view ( you need to reserve a table). Dishes are simple, but tasty (fish and pasta). Prices are very good, cheap vine. Breakfast in an Italian style - ham, cheese, eggs, croissant, coffee, yogurt (no hot dishes). Rooms are clean, have balconies. Free parking next to the hotel. A town is around 2-2,5km from the hotel, uncomfortable to reach by foot. You can go down to the lake and beaches with the car or bike. There are ferries which can bring you to the next side of lake. Price for the stay is cheaper in comparison to the stay next to lake.

Rooms and balconies are very small. Balconies are very close to each other (no pricacy). It is quite noisy, you can hear your neighbours (all were very kind and silent, so it wasn’t a problem). Uncomfortable to reach town by foot.

Wonderful little hotel with a great view of the lake. Located up the mountain, it gets nice and cool in the evening. Perfect after a hot summer day. The room was clean, and had everything needed for a few days stay. Amazing value for money, for a 2 star hotel. The staff speaks Italian, Romanian, English, and they do all they can to make your stay wonderful. Having dinner at the restaurant there, on the terrace, while enjoying the view of the lake at night, is pure therapy.

Amazing view over lake Garda from my room and from the restaurant area. Free parking, only under 10 minutes drive to the lakeside, very tranquile surrounding and lots of opportunities for hiking around the hotel.

The room decour is a little bit old fashioned but it has its charm :)

The staff was fantastic and very caring. The view cannot be described in words, you lose the ability to speak the first time you see the view, it is so beautiful. The food was affordable and good.

The staff was attentive. Beautiful dining room . It was quiet. The views were unsurpassed of Lago Del Garda The breakfast provided a wide variety of good food. We ate dinner there both nights it was excellent with good value.

The room could have been larger.

Lovely location above Lake Garda. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Balconies have views down to the lake. Breakfast was good. Evening meals very good and good value. Bar prices cheap.
