very polite and nice staff both at reception and during breakfast breakfast was pretty good considering its 3* hotel (sweets, sausages, eggs, bacon, ham, salami beverages, strudel, yoghurt, vegetables, oranges, etc.), food was replenished continuously, staff was really nice and smiling all the time fantastic location, free wifi working; air condition in the room rooms and beds were cleaned everyday as well new towels (frankly speaking our bed, as we dont need that but forgot where is card with "no clean") parking in the premises of hotel BUT be careful it is limited by amount spaces + majority of parking area is very tight; for bigger cars issue to even get there; close by (ca 200-300m) is free public parking

important to note - its 3* hotel so even with down below listed things which were maybe not perfect but pretty good enough we still rate our stay with 9* walls of the rooms are quite tiny and not really good soundproof - you could hear what people are saying not only in next room but probably 2 rooms further rooms are quite small especially as we were family of 4 in one room and in rooms are no cabinets at all = we got everything in the suitcase / bags as the hotel (and our room) is/was just next to quite busy road - expect that you will hear the traffic if you have room with windows towards the road

Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff deserve the highest praise for their kindness and attention to detail.

Everything was great until check-out. The person at the reception was new and hadn’t find payment the local city tax from us, and also couldn’t find any record of our card payment via Booking. We had to insist and ask them to check again. It turned out they hadn’t charged Booking, and there was no payment visible in their system. I strongly recommend clarifying all payment details upon check-in and making sure your booking is properly registered in their system. Parking is very limited, and all spots were taken when we arrived. We used the nearby underground paid parking — it’s OK.

We arrived late at night because our flight was delayed, luckily we were received by the nice owner of the hotel, she was so nice and gave us the beautiful and clean room, the hotel service is excellent and the experience was great.

Perfect hotel for short term stay. I need to point up helpful staff ( especially lady at reception) that highlighted my stay. Hotel have very nice restaurant,lounge area downstairs. Everything very clean.

the lounge / bar outside with beanbags and Shisha pipes felt very relaxed with a good atmosphere. rooms exceptionally clean. loved the mirror and cupboard inside bathroom for keeping things tidied away (a lot of Italian bathrooms for the price wouldn’t have this and it could get messy and untidy).

bed was a little hard and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable

location was great, extremely close to lake and bus station. room was small, with Nothing extra but was clean, new and beda were comfortable. staff was sooo Nice! really helpfull.

well you have a bar under your Windows so you have tk keep in mind that you will hear people chatting until 1-2 am, so just be prepared for that :) or maybe just our room was right up. What we missed most was functional hair dryer 🤷🏻‍♀️ the room had one that was manufactured into the Wall, hanging and with so limited power… for two girls, this was bad. if there could be “Normal” one extra in the room… that would be helpfull.

Bathroom to small and old. Parking was not available first 2 days

All the staff was so nice and keen to help with anything, they were just so amazing! Italian hospitality at its best! Great location, in the city center and 3mins from the beach. Solid Wi-Fi connection, good enough for working.

Rooms are bit small, especially if you carry many sports stuff :) not exactly something bad, just keep it in mind.
