Really good value for money. The location was prefect as right in the middle of the town. We stayed on our way out of Andorra and found the stay very pleasant. The breakfast was also worth having in terms of cost and variety. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

For the amount we paid, we can’t really fault the hotel. We did have to pay for parking but this was relatively cheap and very close to the hotel (right outside).

The buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing, something we looked forward to everyday. The room we stayed in was great, plenty of space and clean, with a good view to the streets, and more importantly, warm and comfortable. The staff were really nice and friendly.

The ski lockers were on the second floor so it was a bit tricky taking the lift on busy hours.

Window opened over looking a wall. A kettle would be nice in room We were on a motorbike,in the hotel guide it was advertised with parking, but when I enquired, I was told no parking,to park around the corner across the square, there is paying spaces right outside hotel,but was told we wasn’t to park there, but brought a ticket to cover space ( free parking after 8pm till 8am)

Friendly people, as well of this location but also in the streets. Everybody helped me to find the best places, too many to mention here. I visited the place in Autumn, so no romantic snow yet.

Parking is not for free and the machines accept only coins. Luckily getting some change is very easy in this country. Was warned about a grumpy lady and only interact with her during checkout, I guess it is just her way. In low season some parts of the city are closed including the restaurant of this hotel, again: I visited the place in low season.

Family room which was extremely spacious. The twin bed area was separated from the double bed by the bathroom . A good range of food on offer for the breakfast. The hotel is located at the bottom of the village but not too far to walk to the ski area. We used the lockers located at Ski 83 on the slopes.

Our room was close to the lift, which was advantageous for installing and removing our belongings but it was noisy when in use.

Hotel was great, really good value. Rooms were clean and staff really friendly. Breakfast was great, we had one evening buffet and it was good value. The hotel is at the bottom of town so a 10 minute walk to the lifts uphill, no issue coming back though.

The staff was mixed between friendly and seemingly uninterested. Also the quality of the food wasn't consistent. There was lots to like and good food there but other dishes were mixed in taste, texture and feel.

The breakfast was amazing!! Way more than expected !! Comfy bed as well The staff were superb
