We stayed here the first night after flying into the Kansai Airport, which is only 10 minutes away by train. Because our flight arrived late in the evening, we did not want to travel to the central parts of Osaka, another 30-45 minutes away. The hotel is integrated with the train station buildings, so it was easy to take the train from the airport to the hotel without needing to walk much with luggage. We took advantage of the location and took a day trip by train to Wakayama the day after we arrived and before we went to Osaka. The hotel provides luggage storage. The room was small but well organized, and the hotel provided many amenities (toiletries, etc.) The hotel breakfast was luxurious, with many high-quality Japanese and Western options.

The hotel is awesome and offers good value. I especially liked the open-roof outside public bath. There are free soft drinks and coin laundromats. There are also many nice restaurants nearby. I would not base my trip around it, but I could stay here for a while.

We could only have one piece of luggage open at a time. It wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have to repack for a flight.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety of choices that was unexpected. Loved the Kim Chee! Sausage was not particular to my liking.

Room a little too small. Not enough room for maneuvering with 2 people and suitcases. This could be our fault as I realize I packed too much!

Location was perfect, however since it’s next to the train station you can hear the PA system throughout the day and night. May be annoying at night when you are trying to sleep. The onsen is very clean and fully equipped.

The room is very tiny but effective. Recommended for overnight stay only.

Breakfast was a good array of Japanese options. Loved the communal spaces in level 12. Loved the onsen. Loved the black out blinds.

The room was very neat and clean. Public bath even had an outdoor pool which was very nice. Location right opposite train station was also super convenient. Best is how sound and light proof the windows and blinds are! We slept till 9am not realizing!

So happy that the hotel is new and so close to three station plus shopping area We have everything provided for and the manga library with the view was fantastic Had a great time in the onsen as well Did I mention that the breakfast was excellent too? Couldn't asked for more

If you so happen that need to go to sleep early make sure you don’t get a room that gives to the station. The sound is muted but it won’t block all the sound coming from the station. And the ofuro water temperature could be just a bit higher.

Clean, right next to the station, early breakfast available for early flights, easy 15mins travel via train to airport door to door.

Pillows not the comfiest. Would benefit from having a second one as very thin and half Japanese style half European style.
