Having to pay a $250 deposit because my address is within 60 miles which I'm totally not understanding the logic about that...why do that apply to locals ? If that is a policy then it should be on website so people will know before reserving a room. I will not stay here anymore nor will I recommend to anyone.

Staff was very nice and helpful, kitchen staff went beyond expectations to make sure everything was good and customers had everything they needed

The room could have been a bit cleaner, they should change the blanket each time they clean the room. The walls need to be wiped down.

The breakfast bar was great! This is a big deal on why we stayed here. Our mother was having sugary at ECU hospital. We didn’t want to leave the hospital while mother was still in surgery . (She 85 not leaving) ours stomachs were full and mother’s surgery was a success!

Greeley was so welcoming and friendly! Check in amd out is so easy and quick! Love our stays at Fairfield!

The breakfast at this location was not as good as it normally is...it was decent but the sausage biscuit option really is not good...

The breakfast was fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. We were close to where we needed to be the next day so the location was definitely 10/10!

When we got up to the 2nd floor, you could tell the AC unit was not working in the hallways. Luckily that heat did not transfer into our room.

Easy location to ECU and graduation ceremonies.

Our room was very nice and probably remodeled within the last year or so. The bathroom was a nice size with a walk in shower however, there was no grab bars in the shower.

Employee, Greely Peterson, absolutely fanatic. Greeted me with “ You’re finally here, Welcome!” Very clean and comfortable rooms! Great stay there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Greenville!

I loved how clean this hotel is, the rooms were very cozy the bed was plush, fresh linens, and the breakfast was delicious. amazing closet space and an actual iron board - great!

I wish the pool was bigger and I wish they had a jacuzzi. the ice machine was temporarily down which was no fun.

The service was exceptional. I really appreciated the kindness that the front desk employees provided during our stay.
