Room was very clean. Very nice and cool a/c

Shower head leaking, no water pressure. As soon as I turned on the TV. Got a message that batteries were low. Go to the office for replacement. I had just took my shower after a long busy set up for the comic con. I didn't want to go to the office. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Probably 12x12 in size and thick. Glad I always bring my own.

It’s in a good location

I didn’t like the fact it had bugs. If the bug problem can get fixed it would be a amazing. And I’ve been staying with Radisson when I travel. This was the first time I’ve ever had a problem with this

Bed was very comfortable! It was quiet and a fair price to stay. Late check out 12pm was great for us.

Late check is great BUT I had housekeeping just open my door (no knock) at 930 then around 11 she knocks again. If check out is at 12 they should not be knocking on my door that early should not be knocking on my door at all until after 12.

Had to wait on eggs and sausage. Wasn't prepared for the number of people even though sports teams were booked in advance. Biscuits would have been nice. No attention to the waste basket that overflowed quickly.

I was looking for a last minute room to accommodate my girls & I for a night . This hotel was not only one of the most affordable ones but the quality and location were a huge plus . When I arrived the guy that checked me in was SO NICE ! He allowed me to check in a little before 3 . The room was clean and well kept, comfortable beds . The area seemed safe , everything was close by & Their breakfast had a very nice selection. It was exactly what i was looking for .

The only thing I disliked was the next morning when I went down for breakfast the receptionist who May have been the manager (I’m not sure) was on the phone arguing loudly with someone about work and getting them fired . I left out and when I came back she was arguing with two employees in the check in area . It was very unprofessional in my opinion to handle their employees/ work issues in front of guests. This is my only complaint.

Convenient location. Beds were comfortable.Sufficient linens. Lighting in the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was varied with the exception of yogurt variety.

Floors could have been cleaner. Bars of soap extremely small. Leisure armchair was missing from the room. Operation of the TV was not straightforward.

Liked location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room.

Placement of bathroom door. The bathroom was small which would have been ok except for the door. The open door was just shy of hitting the toilet. You had to maneuver in a small space between the vanity and the door to get in and out.

The guy at the front desk, when we checked in, had a bad attitude and was rude to us the bathroom downstairs on the 1st floor, not the room bathroom had roaches

Excellent Breakfast Lots of Different Choices to choose from. Just need some Almond Milk to go along with the cereal.

4 pillows need to be on the beds just in case someone wants to sleep with 2 and Free Washing and Drying Clothes should be included in with the Price. Extra Towels
