When I was checking in, my debit card was charged for the room. I wanted my credit card charged and used, when I voiced my concerns the lady told me to just let the front desk know at check out to charge the credit card, I did exactly what I was told to do but my debit card was charged for the stay. When I called someone told me that I would have to call back and it would take 7 days for the money to get back in my account but I don’t have time to make a million phone calls for other peoples mistakes. Why don’t they ask at checkin how do you want to pay for the room, that would have solved the problem at the beginning.

Check in was quick. Shuttle was very timely. Staff were friendly. Bed was excellent. Shower was clean and stocked. Room was well organized and had everything we needed.

Cinnamon rolls were out and the pancake machine was out of order, but the breakfast was fine. Pool was closed on a very hot day, but I assume that was because thunder and lightening was forecast.

We, come to Greenville every year to catch the ferry to Ocrcoke and Hatteras for our family vacation. We have stayed at this hotel the past 2 years and definitely plan to continue!! The staff is exceptional!! They are all friendly and great!! If we ever do have a problem they are prompt in fixing it!!

Even though the hotel is going through renovations, it does not affect your stay! Hotel was clean, quiet, and everyone was super nice! Very convenient to the hospital. Dee Dee was soo generous down at the breakfast area as well. My son adored her! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

The manager was very accommodating. My daughter was sick and I called to see if we could check in early and he made it happen. I was very grateful.

It was under construction. While the area we were in was nice I probably would not have stayed there during the renovation.

The location was great! The quality of the eggs/sausage was not fresh. The eggs were really watery. I would not eat it everyday. But the ladies serving were great, customer service detailed and helpful. The guy at the desk who checked us in and throughout the stay was outstanding. Customer service is excellent.

The elevator was awful. The entrance to my room jabe a metal plate that was loose. Almost tripped over it. The carpet has a wet odor. Shower doors didn't close. Take a look around and repair and update the hotel. Needs to be updated.

They served a very nice breakfast and it was centrally located. The staff was very friendly.

It was an older hotel, could use some updates, especially in the bathroom. The picture of the room I booked online did not look like the room we stayed in. It was expensive for an older hotel but we realized when we got there that the prices were higher because it was the local university’s homecoming weekend.

I was relocating and was my last night in Greenville, NC and I was greeted by the staff very well. Room was clean and shower needed some renovation, but it was clean. All in all, I was satisfied with the hotel in all. Oh and the breakfast was very good. The eggs were not powder eggs. I really enjoyed my self

Really pleasant staff Scot - front, De-De took care of the well stocked, and clean breakfast area. Hotel and rooms looked clean, smelled clean. Everything worked. Couldn't hear other guests in anjoining rooms. That was really nice. We have stayed regularly at super 8 in Maine, you can hear the other guests talking, coughing.

No place to hang clothes, floor of shower was higher in the middle holding water at sides of shower floor, making it a little slippery.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and showed great hospitality. The breakfast menu was excellent.

It was not the same room selected from the Booking website. The water pressure from the shower was low.
