The outside and front lobby looked newly renovated. It was gorgeous- bright and welcoming. I loved the lemon water available. Staff provided my children with Pirate Booty. The lobby was very clean. Our room was spacious and clean also. Loved the closet, dresser, and luggage rack. Room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker , hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels provided to us.

We booked this place mainly due to the indoor pool. In case the weekend was bad weather, at least our kids could swim inside. The pool area was severely neglected- holes in floors and walls. Ceiling tiles moldy or rusted, something in pool area was very loud when using the pool. My kids absolutely didn’t care but as a parent, it did not feel as bright and clean as the main lobby. I really wish the ice machine on hallways had a water bottle refill station- that would have been super helpful! Breakfast in the morning was just eh. 1 waffle maker became extremely busy. Cereal was a bit stale. Not many bagel or bread options.

Everything was great, no issues. I did have an issue, my toe nail decided to start bleeding, at around 11pm, called desk that I had some blood on the sheets, they helped me out, and gave me some bandaids to put on the toe, and it stopped the bleeding. At first I thought it was the comforter, but it was the sheet. The person at night responded with super help, and stated this was an accident, and stated she was glad I reported it.

Everything was great, NO ISSUES what so ever.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel was modern on the inside with great amenities such as a pool, fitness room, elevator, complimentary breakfast, snacks for purchase, free mints, etc. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind to us. Our room was spacious and clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and if we visit Greenville, North Carolina again, we will definitely stay again.

On the first night of our visit, the water was shut off from 10 am to 4 pm due to maintenance. Luckily this didn’t impact our stay too heavily. The hotel staff were very communicative about the water being shut off during that time. Therefore, we knew right away, and it didn’t come as a surprise. Additionally, the floor we stayed on had a very strong paint smell which carried into our room. We purchased air fresheners which helped cover the smell.

I like the room the beds was very comfortable . I also like that they had an inside pool being that it rained the weekend we were there. And when we walked in the building it was very clean. I like that the staff was very polite and the breakfast lady oh how I loved her couldn't remember her name

What I did not like about the hotel is when you get off the elevator on the 4th floor the ice machine was so loud. In the pool area the ceilings looked unfit, the pool hours from when your checking out is at 9:00 am and check out it's at 11:00 am so that only give you how many hours to swim when you have children with you they be wanting to go to the pool no matter when you're leaving so keep that in mind.

I’ve stayed here several times when visiting my daughter who attends ECU. This was the first time I had to have a $100 security deposit on my card - in addition to the room charge. Nowhere is that mentioned in the Booking.com listing. I felt like a second class citizen!

The hotel was clean, It looks like it was recently renovated.

The room itself was not 100% clean. The floor was not fully vacuumed before we arrived as there was food on the carpet. I deep clean when I arrive to hotels and there was a nasty fluid stain on the walls which I used lysol wipes ro get off. The bathroom was nice, but the sink held water, and the shower

Check in great, Room was perfect, Checkout & Evening host was not the most hospitable...Maybe a little racist.

The checkout host was very persistent about the checkout time and gave us 10 mins to pack up, or get charged for another day. We rushed to get out in time but within 15 mins from walking the dogs and speaking to her at 11am she called the room, and came up to the door to "remind us" so I had to get a little rude with her unfortunately.

The room was very nice. King size bed that slept so good! Plenty of counter spaces for work. The location of the hotel was so close to so many amenities (shopping, restaurants, etc). I will stay there again!

The faucet in the shower dripped. Maintenance tried to repair it but that didn't work. I appreciated the fact that they at least tried to accommodate me. I hate the sound of dripping water no matter where I am. Thank you to the staff!

Room and breakfast was great! The staff was amazing and very nice. They assisted us with extra items we needed.

The receptionist could've been nicer and also the policy of the hotel needs to be added to the booking sites. I wasn't aware they require a $100 deposit although my room was paid in full. He was very rude about telling me this.

the women checking me in the last two visits were exceptional. I have been in the hotel biz for 40 years. Good example of hospitality. The am crew efficient. breakfast as good as can be expected for this type of breakfast.
