We didn't take advantage of the breakfast. We didn't like the fact that we had an entry to the room versus entering our room from the inside of the building!

I didn't like the fact that the price per night practically double because of the event that was going on at the time! I view that as taking advantage of the customers!

The breakfast was the greatest disappointment. There was no one overseeing the area while I was in there. There was little to choose from and what was there was sparse. For example one morning there was no yogurt. The cereal choices were not adult friendly and there was a large bow that appeared to be for fruit however neither morning of my stay was there anything in the bowl. The positive is that the room was very clean and nicely updated as this appeared to be a hotel with some age. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything about the room was very nice. It was clean, modern and well equipped. Although it is on a busy road, it was not noisy at all. Staff at check-in and checkout was very friendly. I liked that they do serve breakfast. Not a ton to choose from but they had everything we needed. Proximity to East Carolina University is good too. Will stay again!

Not much bad to say except maybe the area it is located in. But we had no problems with security (mother and daughter traveling together).

The beds sleep like a dream!! You control the room temperature so you can get as comfy as you like. There is an arm chair & an office chair so you won't have everyone sitting on the beds. The breakfast options are really good!! There is a waffle maker, jimmy dean sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, juice & coffee! Close to the bigger hotel breakfast options. The microwave was very sufficient in the room. I recommend bringing your cell chargers bc the 1's built into the night stand do not work.

The room was nice except for the 2 roaches that greeted us by the bathroom door. Easily got rid of those guests and didn't see anymore during our 2night stay. The bathroom was a bit disappointing. The bathroom door, where you hang your towels after showering, had all kinds of stuff on it! Old brown, dried, drips running down the door, green spots, all kinds of stains that gave me the willies if I entertained their origins! I do understand that a lot of work men stay out there, but that was totally gross! I would've asked for a different room, but I'd only expected to be there 1 nite. Also, the caulking at the bottom of the tub looked horrible, just not a professional caulking job.

The location was close to the hospital.The room was comfortable,clean,had everything we needed.The ice machine,vending machine, microwave,refrigerator and hairdryer all worked.We didn't have breakfast there because we needed to be at the hospital before 6:30 am and my husband could not eat or drink anything after midnight.

The breakfast consisted of make your own waffles, cereal, bananas, yogurt, oj, coffee and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. I liked that the hotel rooms were on the outside of the building so there were no hallways to walk through. I also liked there was no carpet in the room.

I didn't like that the coffee machine wasn't a Keurig and that the bathroom was small.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was large.

This hotel quit serving the Jimmy Dean egg, cheese, and sausage muffins. I don't eat pork or bread, so I ended up not being able to eat breakfast. The pool closed too early.

All staff were absolutely friendly and professional. You barely get good pressure while taking a shower but the shower here was above and beyond

I like how our room was clean and had fresh items in the hotel...we was able to watch cable and was able to warm up our food .. Fresh clean sheets and towels in bathroom, extra things in the bathroom and on the sink area .. nice soft pillows and soft bed for us to lay in. Also I like we had a lot of lamps in the room and I was very much appreciated of that...I was able to charge my cell phone next to the bed and any other areas in the room..Also today before we left on Sunday, June 26, 2022.. we was able to eat our breakfast...They had waffles, yogurt, bananas, orange juice, cold water, hot tea or hot coffee...I am glad we went to breakfast today ..

I didn't like how our key card didn't work when we got back in last night....my eldest son had to go back to the front desk and request for a new key ..but then I tried and they didnt work ..then I had to walk downstairs to the front desk to get another set of key cards, but one of the hotel staff came back upstairs with me , he used his key card so we could get in ..my youngest daughter had to use the bathroom and we was all tired...I wish I didn't have no problems at the hotel cause I would of gave them 10 stars...I still will recommend family and friends to come here though .

Very comfortable room, outside entry (I hate going through a lobby every time I forget and have to get something from my car) and great front desk staff! Nice breakfast area and fabulous coffee!!!
