I’ve stayed here over the years on business.It is convenient to everything, with shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to major and minor roads as well. The rooms have been renovated and are simple, spacious, clean and quiet. Bed had new mattress and clean linens. Better outside lighting at night. Pool looks maintained. Usually don’t like 1st floor rooms, but, there were no problems with noise.

Nothing I can think of. The motel is used by a few construction companies for their crews, so there are usually large trucks and equipment, but that doesn’t bother me as it may others.

The room was very clean and smelled good. The nice lady at the front.....wish I got her name but she was AWESOME! I could not have gotten better customer service if she taught the class on customer service. She was on it and wonderful to interact with.

Pet friendly hotel should have outside wastebasket for poo.

I loved the new look and cleanness overall compared how the hotel use to be. the floors and bed was comfortable to sleep. the bathtub was nice and deep for my bathe and was surprised to see it was a jacuzzi I could have used but didn't have the time to try it out next time. like next week with my return.

ROOM 101, my only problem was the plumbing in the bathroom the toilet didn't want to flush and needs to be checked. the tank will not fill up properly but will flush eventually but the place has been renovated very well and now fits the price and shouldn't be priced any higher.

Room was clean and up to date. Location convenient to ECU. Ample parking. Cleaning service offered daily.

When I arrived at 3:30pm, my room was still being cleaned. She was almost done and very friendly though. Not a big issue.

LOVE THE LOCATION... LIKE THE SET UP OF THE ROOM... GOOD WATER PRESSURE...

Located close to ECU for game day and the price is right for a clean safe place to stay. Always our go to.

This was a rather unique circumstance. The room was for a homeless veteran who needed someplace to stay that night until he was able to get into the apartment we found for him. Your staff was extremely welcoming and helpful as we went through the process remotely due to our staff being all over the country. Whenever possible we will continue to utilize Econolodge as a resource for helping veterans in need.

It was real nice very comfortable I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t like the fact that I saw an roach crawling in my room or the floor and I know I didn’t bring there because I don’t have roaches !!!!!

I loved how clean it was, excellent staff. And super comfy and cool on the insides of rooms. great for a getaway for a few days!

Every now and again while walking in i caught a whiff of cigarettes, shortly to go away a couple seconds later. only when entering it doesn’t linger.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff is always so friendly and it’s always very clean.

This time the shower left a lot to be desired. The water wasn’t as hot as in other rooms I’ve stayed in, the drain was horribly slow and our sink leaked from the faucet all over the countertop every time you ran it.
