Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good. Several options.

The Hot tub was closed and has been closed for a while. That was one of our deciding factors when booking this property. I did not see anywhere that it was closed for repairs when making our reservation 🙄

Good location for many stores and restaurants. Clean and attractive weight room and indoor pool. Very good free breakfast selections. Room was clean and quiet.

We woke up hot in the middle of the night because the AC fan would not run continuously and the room air was very still. Only 2 bath towels were provided, no wash cloths or hand towels. The bed sagged in the middle.

Waffles were ok but the syrup was disgusting !! Eggs and sausage tastes fake .. just no.. the orange juice couldn’t possibly be from a legit orange ! Bagels and cream cheese were ok. Coffee was just ok ..

Location and size of room were great.

Housekeeping didn't clean our room or bring us fresh cups, etc. even though we were staying 2 nights. We got fresh towels, but they didn't even take away the used ones.

From the front desk staff to the room service from the staff.....everything was amazing! I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was okay, could be better. The location was excellent, right off of the main drag made it very convenient to explore the East Carolina University campus better.

The food, and the beds were squeaky.

Booking.com states that this location has a charger for ev, they do not, and all their outlets have locks on them. The controller for the HVAC needs to be updated, it's from before time became real.

The place is great!

The hold a deposit that they state takes 5 business days however, it’s been a month and we have never received it back even after received the receipt stating it will be returned.

Location was great...I really enjoyed it...

Bathroom had moldy spell to it..it was coming from sink in bathroom... i will be staying there again...in the future...stay was very pleasant...

Decent location, with a short drive to downtown and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty standard - if you've been to a Hampton Inn you'll recognize what they offer here too. The business center wasn't very secluded (it was in the middle of the breakfast area), but it was functional and offered a printer. The rooms were quiet, not too much traffic noise and noise from the hallway seemed to be well muffled.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, around an hour after check-in time. Several other people were waiting for their rooms as well. There was a bit of confusion about when we were checking out too.
