Hotel was clean. Room and little kitchen were both very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and close to ECU campus. Nice fitness room with treadmills and basic fitness equipment to get a nice workout in while traveling. Plenty of space in the room to put a mat down, stretch and do some yoga as well. When it comes to getting a workout in while traveling something is better nothing.

It wasn't that we didn't like it but it's something they can improve on. Breakfast selection was good each morning but the hot food wasn't hot. It was either cold or luke warm. Please make sure the hot food is hot. Simple and easy fix. The juice machine was out of order the 4 mornings we were there. Those were my only complaints while staying there.

Everything was wonderful for the most part

The property was truly great however I hated that the water had to run for a while to get warm. I could not get Hot water. Got a little on the just above warm side but never really hot. Didn’t want to burn myself but definitely want to feel clean. To sum this up the water was warm enough to keep me coming back but could get hot so that you do have to allow sink to run for ten minutes before getting warm if that make sense

The location, room layout and features, which included a large microwave, full fridge with freezer, stove-top and dishwasher.

I think the door for the bathroom would be best where the sink starts, not with the toilet and tub. The breakfast options were just ok but very limited...you can get the basics but, I've definitely had better with basics. It also wasn't too consistent. For example, 1 day there were western omelets, 2 different kinds of sausage and Pancakes, the next day there were cheese omelets, 1 kind of sausage French toast strips and then waffle batter was then available. Consistency helps.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The family room has a 2 burner stove, large fridge, sink, and dishes for 4. The continental breakfast was actually good, I usually dispise of continental breakfast, but this one had tons of options that weren't super processed foods. Things like overnight oats, Chia pudding, pulled chicken and an entire breakfast burrito bar, fresh fruit that was actually fresh, orange juice, yogurt, etc.

Excellent breakfast….Nothing fancy however everything was well organized, clean, and sanitary. Person staffing the area was also very attentive and pleasant

TV’s we’re not working due to some type of outage within the hotel. Nothing the staff could do to fix the problem. This should be a corporate issue. Everyone who worked here that we encountered during our stay was very pleasant

The breakfast was typical of most of the better hotels: self-service with a variety of cereals, waffles, breakfast meats, juices, a variety of coffees and in this instance, fine danish. What made it especially fine was the staff: friendly, helpful, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring that items were replenished as needed.

The TV programs were difficult for this 82-year-old to access. We couldn't find the news media programs we wished to view, and found it difficult to get to channels other than ones that normally require payment or password-access. Perhaps the TVs should be set to a default availability to MSNBC, CNN, CBS, NBC and ABC.

This property had very welcoming staff, clean comfortable rooms, close proximity to ECU which is why we were there. Most of all the breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel. So many options with multiple hot food choices. Muffins, cereal, yogurt, omelettes, pancakes, sausage, fruit, biscuits & gravy. Full size hand soap and not some crappy little cheap bar.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this place.

The front desk clerk was very friendly at check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area had nice tables and chairs. The overall comfort was nice.

The lighting in the bathroom at the mirror was not bright. Not great for putting on makeup. I was not overly impressed with the breakfast. Didn't have a great selection of hot breakfast items.

It was fine, coffee not great

Front desk clerk not very friendly on check on. We stayed 2 nights but she only programmed fir 1. My husband had to go back to the desk after spending 12 hours at the hospital with ne ti hey keys reprogrammed to get into our room.

Clean, convenient to everything, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast with a lot of options, spacious suites, digital keys, option to choose your own room and check in prior to arrival. Will stay there again if in the area.
