The staff was all great that southern hospitality was great however Kendi and Diana (I think was her name forgive me if it's not) however they were amazingggg seriously

They didn't have a ice machine however the lady at the desk did give us a ziploc bag of ice was great and there was no USB plugs in the room were I had to go out and pay boxes to go into the wall.

The best part of this stay was the staff and their service. They were friendly, helpful, and Always cordial! Breakfast was high quality and kept fresh. A guest complained about the noise made by some of my party, and my family was moved to another room. The best part of this was 1. There was no additional charge to us, and 2. The room was larger! Very nice.

There were a lot of light bulbs burned out, and switches that weren't marked.

Everything was excellent. The room was big and really nice. The breakfast was awesome. Huge variety of food.

I asked for fresh towels and they didn’t Never bring them. Hallway had no air and smelled bad. No vendor or snack machines which was a bummer.

Me and my family were put into a very inconvenient situation with a nearby hotel that was so unreasonable that we ended up having to cancel that booking which left us low on time and in a tough position. Residence Inn accommodated us, getting us in a room immediately for a better price and better quality. Due to this we were able to have an amazing time attending the event we came to Greenville for, with enough time to get ready.

Helpful, friendly staff. Very nice decor, amenities, cleanliness.

The new keypad on room didn't work very well. Had to go back down to registration desk a few times before they could figure it out and fix it. A bit frustrating after a long day, but they were pleasant about helping and it finally worked.

The free breakfast in lobby was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fireplace worked perfect. The TV amenities were great. 

The sell the pool area which is very nice but the pool wasn’t open my whole entire stay the was disappointing and misleading we brought bathing suits anticipating  using the pool

The property was great .. very great location and 100% better than the last hotel I stayed when I came to visit family months ago Oh and the lobby smelled amazing So warm refreshing and inviting will definitely be staying next time I come to visit my dad again

The lawn was manicured perfectly the parking lot was very well lit an clean

The location was really great! And the staff was extra friendly and helpful.

The heating system really struggled to heat the room adequately. Body wash in the shower was out.

Delicious breakfast with great protein and lots of options, really good coffee as well both in the rooms and in the dining area.
