Loved the welcome feeling walking in, front desk concierge was so attentive to me right when I walked in, I booked a room at 5am and she set me up with an amazing room she was so sweet. The breakfast was amazing hot waffles bacon eggs tater tots fruit yogurt juice, everything you could want, very nice spacious gym, free on site laundry, have to use your own detergent and what not which is fine. The room was spacious, had a full kitchen the bed was very very comfortable the shower was the only thing I was not fond of, the entrance is just a piece of glass with an opening but does not move...but all in all a great stay, would definitely come back

The shower

The room was very spacious and very clean when I needed another blanket it was provided for me. The front desk was very quick to provide appropriate and courteous services.

There was only one working elevator and the wait was long for the one. When I notified staff that one elevator was working they were unaware that the other one was not and had no clue of what to do. Also there was a strong smell of weed in elevator not good for a family environment. Breakfast was not good sausages were dried out and next day Bacon was deplenished and no plastic forks available... Smh not too friendly kitchen staff. Garbage bags not ready in trash cans in the room meaning not opened and put in them and large garbage bag for large garbage can under the sink was not put in at all .

The ambiance of the hotel was amazing. The room we stayed in was really spacious. I had no clue there were refrigerators and ovens in the rooms. The hotel was very nice overall. I also liked that there were several places to sit and relax both on the bottom floor and outside there were several seating options with a nice firepit.

Everything was great. I do wish there was a pool and hot tub. To me, that would make the hotel perfect!

Staff was so friendly. The room layout was great - no complaints at all. I was not expecting a full kitchen - it was really nice. The bathroom was really good and the mirror didn't fog when getting a shower.

Breakfast ran short 30 minutes before service ended. Could have used better monitoring as there were a lot of people staying there for a family reunion and seemed as if everyone was at breakfast at the same time.

The property was beautiful! Very clean, fresh clean environment! The staff was very professional and helpful! The front desk employee Daniel was helpful to my sister and I. We were in town for a family members funeral. Breakfast was awesome! We will definitely stay there the next time in Greeneville, NC!!!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!’

Our shower faucet was loose!

This property is brand new. Very nice and very clean. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. This location had free breakfast and free laundry. It also has a very nice fitness center.

My only complaint was that I had to get my room key reprogrammed twice. That was a little annoying. However, the staff was very nice and helpful.

I like the size of the room, it was clean. The staff was nice as well. The breakfast was decent. I hope they continue to stay at that standard.

I didn't like the shower looked half clean & that we ran out of body wash which should have been checked after the previous guest to avoid that mishap.

The rooms were large, and the bath room was amazing. I loved the large shower. It had a great kitchen area and full size refrigerator. The breakfast was wonderful. I loved the scrambled eggs/bacon/potatoes and the waffles.

New facility, nice gym and near food!

The need to keep a room key in a slot to keep the lights on in the room is a bit odd. 5 people were given 2 keys one of which was not usable because it keeps the room lights on. Need to automatically give 2 additional keys.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean, I guess expected since the hotel is new. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent!

We didn’t have shampoo in our shower at first.
