Great location. Room was quite spacious.

The coffee machine had cockroaches in it! As I reported it , the receptionist was unpleasant claiming they do not have cockroaches in their hotel. It took them 3 calls and half an hour to come pick it up! Never even thought to apologise or compensate me in any way. Also, as I arrived they claimed they do not have the room type I booked, and charged me another 40$ a night for a room with 2 double beds I ordered in the first place.

The location was perfect for everything we needed!

You have to pay for the hotel to hold your bags after you’ve checked if you have a late flight / train.

Unfortunately, it is obvious that the property is older and was not renovated-talking about the rooms. Our room was visibly overused with several scratches on the furniture as well as few permanent stains on the carpet. However, it has nothing to do with housekeeping-it was on point and precious. There is lobby under the construction, so I have a feeling that the property will be soon completely renovated (rooms included). Cleanness- 9/10 Rooms size - 10/10 Housekeeping - 9/10 Room aging- 5/10 Hallways/front-desk/elevators aging - 6/10

Location great. Clean

Staff poor. Not up front about taxes and fees. Booking.com sent an email to say fees were included in fee. This was not the case. Told us we needed to pay €400 security deposit which was to be refunded. It wasn't.

The location is great, staff were very friendly. We didn't have any trouble with the electronics in the room. The elevator worked the entire time we were there. Parking was $90 dollars a day, but that was added in the hotel info when we booked, so no surprise. The lobby was nice for hanging out. Wifi in the room is extra, but the lobby has free access. The store in the lobby is convenient but pricey. There's a Target across the street from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again. And just a suggestion after wandering the city, do not book at the Days inn near this hotel, I was so glad after we walked by. I almost booked there and was glad we didn't.

The cost for parking. The room is a little dated but efficient. Our housekeeper also entered the room after we declined services since we'd be staying more than a day and the room wasn't messy. It's not a big deal, but it made us feel less comfortable.

The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the city. The lobby area and bar are light, airy and welcoming and finished to a high standard. The room was big with great views. The bed was comfy and clean and the room had all expected amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful I was slightly hesitant after reading some recent poor reviews but after staying there, I honestly do not understand the basis for some of these - we found everything about the hotel great and would definitely recommend it!

No laundry service within the hotel, just dry cleaning

Location was good at the heart of manhattan. The room was very spacious.

Hotel help lines are never answered. Noice was coming out from the upper wall of my room at 12am.

We didn't have breakfast but was happy for the 35.00 a day we could use at Marketplace on the property.

I could not break up the booking when I as booking the room so I booked 3 nights for 4 people instead of 1 night for 3, 1 night for 4 and 1 night for 2. My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed the first night (3) then my sister joined the next day (4) and my daughter and granddaughter left in the morning and it was just my sister and I the third night. This was arranged and planned that way. I asked at the desk and they said I should take it up with Booking.com whom I booked with. I would have paid less instead of paying for 4 people for 3 nights. I could not break up the booking online when I was booking.

I liked the view on 39th floor the bath water was exceptionally hot !' The Bellhop held our bags and was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and where to eat. The front desk helped make an excellent reservation for our valentines dinner on our way to MSG

We could not check in early not a big deal When we did check in I was given a room card and told I was all set. no schpeal or offering to guide me, tourists, of the lay of the land. for example, when and where was breakfast, was it included??? if we wanted a spa date, or basically upselling me on the amenities of the hotel? To my understanding, there is a restaurant/ bar in the lobby and rooms upstairs no pool spa or anything else.????

I absolutely love the location, the property was very clean and elegant. I always bring disinfect and cleaning supplies to any hotel but I will be honest this time. I did not even really need it even though I cleaned anyway.

To be honest, the only thing I didn’t like was the parking the price of the parking was extremely high considering how much it cost for the breakfast and how much you pay in general each day I understand it’s time Square but $95 a day for the parking was a bit much
