Sarah, the young lady who took my booking was very eager to please and has a fantastic personality and work ethic. Spoke English as well as she did French. Nice local girl who takes time for her customers. Because of her, id highly recommend this location. She alone made my stay memorable. Thanks Sarah. You are destined for great things...just manifest it...it yours.

Fantastic location and very clean. The staff were lovely and very responsive when we accidentally got locked out. The price was very good value and the water bottles in the fridge were appreciated! My 10 year old son ranked this motel higher than the holiday inn Longueuil which had a pool and breakfast.

We could of used a few more pillows and towels. I’m sure if we asked they would have been provided. The furniture was a little beat up, but could have been rectified with a paint job. But at the price point these recommendations aren’t necessary.

Room was well kept, clean, comfortable. Although we never used it, there was a coffee maker ready just in case we wanted a cup. The bed was comfortable: not too hard, not too soft.

Can't think of anything I would change. Everything was to my liking. Only thing I didn't like: my available time to stay was too short. Look forward to go again.

Neat and clean place to stay. Absolute value for money. I checked in after the office was closed. I was given clear instructions well ahead of time where the keys will be and all other required info. Definitely recommended for a night or two.

There was some repairs going on regarding the plumbing of the motel for which the tap water was not drinkable. The motel did provide 4x500ml water bottles to their credit, but I feel this could have been communicated earlier, especially when I had informed I will be checking in late, and all stores close by then.

We liked that it was close to the areas in Sherbrooke and Lennoxville that we needed to go to. The room was very clean; and the staff were very friendly

We were there for 5 days and it would have been nice to have someone come in and take out our dirty towels.

Great staff and good location to be close to things going on in Lennoxville. Quaint roadside motel with all the right amenities for a comfortable and convenient stay.

A bit dated decor and amenities, but what is expected for the rate and location.

The owner Laura and her husband were super informative with us about the area and genuinely accommodating. The room was very clean, secure, plenty of room and nice outdoor seating!

We liked everything about this property, even though it was on a fairly busy Main Street, we completely enjoyed this place and easy walking distance to everything we needed.

We were travelling. It had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, free parking.

Not that we didn’t like it but we would have really appreciated a couple more pillows, maybe a bit firmer.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the pet policy is amazing. There is a deposit for having a pet staying at the motel but no charge for the pet as long as the rules are followed. I will stay at the Motel Le Refuge again. Strongly recommended.

I highly recommend this place. it only has 2 stars but it’s a definite 5stars for me. it’s a pet friendly place and has lots of grass for the pups to go sniff and do there thing. there’s a fridge, microwave and coffee machine and has coffee and water included
