Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised because of the rate that we paid for our two rooms. There were no unruly guests or trashy people hanging around the property. Property that I saw was very clean and the buildings were super cute.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I would probably call it something other than 'breakfast'. There seemed to be only a single individual working to keep what was offered refreshed and she definitely had her hands full. My suggestion would be to offer a bit more fruits and a variety of cereals as well as an egg choice and keep the coffee fresh and filled. Also would love to have had a choice of creamer flavors for the coffee. And a better selection of pastries would have been excellent. Having front desk personnel on a t.v. monitor was a bit strange but she was very proficient and was very helpful and accommodating.

Everything was as expected. I would like to stay here again, Normal free parking is closed at night, what is good for security reasons, but it could be difficult to access after hours, An open parking is also available

Breafast finish at 9:30, which is too early to be on vacations!! It would be nice to have lactose-free milk as an option. Normal way it to use videoconference to contact the person at the frondesk, what is perfect,,. until it fails.

A very nice hotel with outside areas to sit. Clean and quiet.

The virtual kiosk was fine but I wanted to put a cost on a second credit card and that became too confusing for the kiosk since I didn't have the physical card I had booked the initial booking on. I think a "real" person could have figured it out. But the kiosk woman was exceptional nice.

Beautiful hacienda, rooms have porch with tables and chairs, also place in backyard with fire and sofas. Nice gym and table tennis. Lounge area with desktop and printer. Decent breakfast in the cafeteria. Secured garage.

Loved the tasteful decor. I don't usually comment on this aspect, but the care was quite interesting and sometimes unexpected. The creative decisions worked. The Stevens Creek trail was right outside so a morning walk was wonderful. We saw a lot of nature and wildlife.

The walls are thin and you can hear neighbors and their activities.

It was clean, well located, and comfortable. Even though it's right by the highway, we were placed in a room with absolutely no noise from it. Breakfast was good.

Riko at the front desk is the absolute best. She is so outgoing and very helpful. This is my second stay, and I will definitely be back again. Very clean well and taken care of property.

I liked the relaxed atmosphere. It was nice to have a room on the ground floor near the water cooler where I could fill my water bottle and near the laundry facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of outlets and USB ports. Decent gym and nice common outdoor space.

Fee for early arrival. Arrived a few hours early after long drive. Room was ready. Told I had to pay a (additional) fee to enter room.
