I like the location of the hotel.Near to subway station, shopping area and food establishment. I booked 2 rooms since we are a family of 6, I request it to be in the same floor with a nice view and they we're able to gave us a connecting room for our convenient and easy access to one another. The rooms are pretty big and clean. For the staff, they are very polite and helpful.

Since my last visit in 2023, the hotel has made a number of improvements: - there is now a ‘conciergerie’: 2 member of staff in charge of the left luggage (still no back room and therefore the entrance looks messy) and 3 member of staff acting as porters… before there was only 1 person and no porters) - there are now 2 lines at the reception for check-in and check-out (although a fair few clients just jump the queue) - bedroom is pristine clean: good size bathroom (need a refurb but still very good) + bed is much more comfortable due to the addition of a mattress topper (good night sleep even if you have a back problem) - the area seems to be much busier : there are now a large number of shops, restaurants etc. Apart from these, the hotel has maintained its cleanliness throughout and the staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. All in all, I am happier with my stay this time around and would definitely recommend the Regal Kowloon hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Regal Kowloon Hotel. The hotel location is conveniently close to MTR stations, restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice view of the city. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, especially Mr. Dennis Dulay who helped us with our stay, he is pleasant and hospitable. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay at the hotel. I highly recommend staying at Regal Kowloon Hotel, especially for families and/or big groups.

The hospitality and kindness of all the staff, the service and the food and drinks are all worth recommending to all our family and friends. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are soft and comfortable, the A/c can be adjusted to your liking and the wifi is strong, thats why we were able to work without any hassle. The location is near restaurants, shops, its near the MTR. Will definitely stay here again when we come back in Hong Kong in the future.

Spacious room, comfy beds. Value for money. Very close to metro, easy to get around. Nice eating places near by and also recommend hotel's Italian restaurant.

House keeping was hit and miss and took several attempts to get the stuff we needed. Concierge on first day was of no help and told us to google everything ourselves. She didn't know of any tours, tourist attractions and restaurant recommendations or shopping districts. The concierge on second day was much better and was able to guide us how to get to tourist attractions.

Conveniently located as most of the attractions viz. Victoria harbour, avenue of stars, art museum, science museum, museum of history, metro stations etc. are nearby at walking distance. Room amenities were of fine quality. I specially liked the window side sofa with a nice view outside. Beds were comfy with fine quality linens. TV channels were intelligently choosen - there was a hindi channel! There are a plenty of eateries nearby including Subway & McDonald's apart from local choices. Pin drop silence for a good night's sleep!

So many entrances, I was cofused at first; but that was for convenience as I could figure out later.

The location is great. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around it. We walked to watch the laser light show on the water - probably about a 25 minute walk strolling as we went. If not wanting to walk, you can get an inexpensive Uber ride easily as well. A shuttle is offered to the airport as well, cheaper than a taxi. It is an attractive hotel with restaurant and other eating options. We ate at the Italian restaurant there and it was good. The bar is nice also.

There was some mix-up checking in. We got to our room and had 2 single beds instead of a queen. They were able to switch us to the right room. I think there were a couple less experienced people at the desk but all was made well. The rooms and hotel look very nice so I was surprised that the caulking around the tub didn’t look very nice. It’s an easy fix that I hope they will address.

Room was great. They have soft pillow and bed was comfortable.

The lobby area should have a space where guests can sit (no lounge or sitting area) or hopefully have free refreshements like water or tea while waiting for check in. Since there are no seats in the lobby, the guests tend to sit on the staircase but were asked not to as it is not allowed to sit there. I also find it amusing that the comfort rooms are located in the 2nd floor and you will need to ask for a comfort room key to use it even you are a hotel guest. The hotel is kinda old and needs refurbishing.

Regal kowloon hotel is a great place to stay when you're in the city, it is near to mtr station plus there are lots of stores and resto outside the building. The staff are also helpful and accommodating like Mr. Dennis Dulay who help us during our stay. The family room that we stayed in is spacious and has a great view of the beach. The room and their bathroom are well cleaned. Also, you should try their breakfast buffet cause they serve delicious food.

Value for money

I wasn't pleased with the way the staff responded when I asked for help moving my luggage to the room. They mentioned that no one was available to assist and that I would have to manage it myself. Additionally, I was told that the waiting time to have my belongings moved to my room would be 2 hours. This is something that could be improved in terms of service, especially when the guests are elderly and have to manage their luggage themselves.
