For us, the location was great. Convenient to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, but we didn’t care for the pillows. The room was clean and nice. We really liked the window seat. The continental breakfast was good and offered several options.

We were satisfied with the room. They only provided one of bar of soap to be used for the sink and the shower, but I think they would have given us another one had we asked.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean. They have no pool but a nice hot tub for relaxation, and its quiet. Its a great location with the mall across the street, many shops restaurants and places to visit around the area. The breakfast is good. Eggs sausage and waffles was my fav. They have coffee all day. The service was good and overall we really enjoyed our stay. We got the queen suite and it had lots of space. It was very affordable and comfortable stay.

It was what I needed for a one night stay and it was affordable. The room was taken care of and clean. The mini fridge was on so I didn't have to wait long for my drinks to be cold.

I didn't like how dark it was when I first came in the door. The light above the desk flickered until it stayed on. The bed was a little too firm for me.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the organization and how they had the breakfast set up and well organized.

They did not have a swimming pool, but the hot tub was nice. I wasn't happy about paying an extra refundable fee, but I understand.

I enjoyed that when I asked questions, they were answered by staff and were very friendly. Breakfast was good as well!!

Bed was a little stiff and hard, plus some of the smoke that smokers did outside the facility.

Room was clean. staff was friendly, breakfast was good. My only issue was that the jets in the hot tub did not work and water was not as hot as should have been. That being said, the hot tub room was warm and clean

The breakfast was good. The staff was exceptional. The location is quiet. The cleanliness is excellent and the value is excellent. We have stayed here several times.

My bed was very comfortable, the towels were nice and thick, which I appreciate.

Outlets by the bed weren’t very accessible- a plug/charging station on the bedside tables would be nice. I am unsure if I had a pet friendly room or not, but the room smelled a little bit of dog. So if it was those rooms need to be deodorized.

The location was nice.

The jacked up price Saturday night, I wasn't in town for packer game and didn't appreciate the inflated price. Also the toilet didn't flush well, and it ran a lot like every 30 minutes.

Everything super clean,fresh, staff very friendly and helpful. Very professional and willing to engage in short chats.

The bed was extremely firm not very comfortable and nothing much to speak of for blankets on bed. Vending machines were out of order
