We stayed for 2 days. Had A wonderful time at this hotel. We got A lake view room on 3rd floor which had a balcony with a perfect view. The free breakfast is at a very nice restaurant place, very comfy to sit at. There is free parking in-front of the building. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Will definitely visit the same hotel next time.

The breakfast taste was average and it was all cold. All Fried items were cold as well except for the tea. There is no temperature control in the room and the floor has heating for winter. When its get too hot in room, U open the window as advised by staff.

Beautiful hotel in the beautiful Uzungol. Small room but enough for both of us. Breakfast was good. Location abit far from the center but ok for us who wants to feel serene.

The receptionist need to be multilingual person. They only can speak turkish n arabic. They need to learn english. The pillows was so hard n thick. Pls provide fan. It will be hot during summer.

Clean and spacious room the location was very calm, the reception guys were very nice and helped us to get a taxi they speak Arabic and English

There was a school trip, the kids finished all the buffet breakfast Expect expensive montain prices when you visit restaurants around

Rooms are clean and indeed very warm despite the cold weather outside. Receptions are very kind and helpful. Walking distance from the lake are very acceptable, i love walking around the area anyway. They have restaurant across the hotel for breakfast

The Breakfast was acceptable. Could have been better, like warm/toasted bread, fresh squeezed fruit juice, fresh brewed coffee instead of instant coffee. The location is very good, just opposite the hotel. The space was clean, bright and inviting. The staff was very courteous, helpful and very willing to serve.

Absolutely no complaints. On our request for a better view of the lake, the room was changed to our satisfaction. Mr. Ismail was able to communicate in english and he was very keen to keep us fully satisfied. He was very hospitable, always ready to help.

The location is great and exciting, the view of the window is panoramic i adore it. The rooms are clean. The staff are okay and they response fast when call.

Rooms are small so there is no enough space for luggages. The wooden ladder to the next room was risky for children and old people and you cant carry bags on ladder to upper room. No towels, no minibar. Other than that it was nice but expensive.

The hotel exceed my expectations. The room was big enough for all of us (5 people), and it was very clean. Moreover, the room was equipped with all needed facilities and the two bathrooms add a good value. The staff was very king and helpful, especially Mr. Ismaeel who did all the requests and the things we needed during our stay. It is a wonderful hotel with good price in the beautiful Uzungol and it is highly recommended.

There are only two things I did not like. First, there is no Air condition in the room. Although the weather there was cool enough when we open the window, sometimes specially at night the room become warm which make it hard to sleep. Second, there is no refrigerator which make it hard to keep the water and other food cold.

When I look for hotels that was the best because the rest of hotels was not clean old furniture and expensive I recommend that hotel I reserved the family rooms it’s for 4 persons. 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms But by mistake they write in bookings that for one person

Location and cleanliness and helpful staff

Although we knew the rooms are without AC but windows were not having mosquito nets hence keeping window open for ventilation was not an option.
