The breakfast was fine and filling. I was especially happy that the room was clean and with no bedbugs. I enjoyed the quiet during my first night. I liked the hot water for my shower and clean towels. I liked the hotel being close to many stores.

I did not like the bathroom fan coming on every time I turned on the light switch since they were on the same switch. It was MUCH too noisy when not showering. I did not like that with a booking.com I had to upgrade my reservations for and extra $5.00 to include air conditioning. I was not too fond of the very worn carpet and the loud foot steps from the person staying above me on the second night’s stay. I also did not like seeing that my credit card has been charged THREE times for the same stay. Now I must call my credit card company to inquire about why that is the case.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, pleasant, courteous, and helpful. True Southern hospitality!

The breakfast food selection was terrible - the only healthy option was gooey oatmeal! And one morning the only cereal available was Frosted Flakes. Virtually nothing without added sugar, and no whole grain options, except the terrible oatmeal. So healthy eating was hard to do, and I opted to buy plain yogurt and granola at a nearby grocery. (I was there for 4 nights). Coffee was fine.

Always clean, efficient, reasonably priced. Bed in 302 this time was much better (less worn down on one side) than 202 (where we have been placed the past 2 years), staff was available, but not in our face.

Pillows sucked this time. A lot.

Although I was in Little Rock for only 24 hrs. this hotel was perfect for my stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was okay, and the staff were professional. The location was great, right at the mall.

The breakfast could have been better. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

I came to N.Little Rock because my brother was here at North Baptist Hospital and In ICU I was very scared for him And what might happen to my brother. My daughter booked me at the Hamilton Inn . The staff been very very nice. Miss Angela help me to the fullest and I always will thank you guys. My God bless you !! Yes I will tell people about my beautiful experience at your hotel….

I Just Love This Hotel. It Is Close To The Mall, Several Restaurants. And You Can Walk To Get Something To Eat.

It Was Very Clean. Very Safe Environment. The Staff Is Always Nice.

What was not to like! They went above & beyond in every area of help. I even had a friend stop by that was in town for the night that travels all the time. He was on a Sports Illustrated Cover with a section in the magazine about all his sport’s accolades. He was extremely impressed and is going to pass the word!

The only thing I didn’t like was checking out!

Clean and fresh Quiet and comfy room Polite helpful front desk staff, kind housekeeping staff, breakfast staff attentive and good service.

Too congested by the Mall for me personally but having restaurants nearby made meals easier.

This place is awesome. We have stopped here before and we went out of our way to stop here again. Very comfortable, clean and all are nice.

I went to the breakfast about 15 minutes before it ended and they were out of almost everything. Even the coffee was out.
