My recent experience at the Staybridge Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a variety of options that changed daily, adding a thoughtful and personalized touch to the stay. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous, and eager to assist with any needs. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining a quiet and relaxing environment was also evident. The "lights out" policy was taken seriously, and front desk personnel emphasized that the best way to ensure it is upheld after hours is by reporting any disturbances directly to them. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure—both of which contributed to a restful and refreshing stay. A standout feature was the weekday happy hour offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., which included complimentary appetizers, wine, and soft drinks—a thoughtful and welcoming amenity that added to the overall comfort and value of the stay. Additionally, the location felt safe and secure at all times. I never felt uncomfortable or at risk, whether arriving late at night or walking around the area.

I really like how clean and comfortable it is, the hotel was relatively quiet like no guests were loud or up all night running the halls. The one bed suite was a nice size and love the full size fridge. Breakfast was really nice when it came to options. Coffee and fruit juices. Eggs bacon oatmeal cereals waffles yogurt with topping options....bagels/breads.

I think the room i had was starting to look dated. For me the most noticable was the mirror had what i believe to be a paint stains in the top right and the shower had a noticable hole along with some deep scratches on the floor. I still like he hotel and would definitely stay again but for the price I think that shower floor should be in better condition.

Food was okay expected dinning area to be larger

That may Credit card was charged $250.00 and I already paid through Booking.com and that I was told it would drop off eventually but staying at another location we didn't have that problem, They took my card and put it on file but never made a transaction. But here they ran the card and now it sitting in my bank account pending payment. I understand why its done but to run the card is aggravating on my end.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were large, clean. It stormed while we were there and we couldn't even hear the storm. We DID however hear the heard of elephants staying in the room above us.

The Elephant parade above us. We notified the attendant and was told there wasn't a room above us. Just a hallway. Horse feathers! But the night attendant took care of the issue. After 2 trips to inform HER as well. Other than that. Great stay.

Breakfast was great and receptionist was awesome! We appreciated that front desk staff vetted people coming into the hotel. It made us feel safe. We also liked that the elevators required a room key before you could select a floor. It made us feel very secure. In addition, housekeeping was awesome! The one we had would find our kids' stuffed animals they left in the bed and cutely positioned them on the bed after it was made. It was a nice touch.

Nothing was amiss. If I had to knit-pick, the mattress was a bit too firm for us, but we just made due with extra pillows. And there were minor wear and tear things you would expect in a hotel after a few years of use. But nothing glaring. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff!

The hotel was nice! I have to brag on the staff! From the night shift to the day shift ! We were down in Little Rock for my stepdads hours long cancer surgery. We were so exhausted. We needed an early check in . They were pretty much full at the time. Somehow They accommodated us. I will never forget this! Thank you so much!

It was like a little comfy house, with just enough space, and the breakfast had plenty of choices.

It was like a maze without numbers telling you which direction your room was in, or maybe I just didn't see them, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I was absolutely astounded at how friendly, clean, quiet this hotel was. I definitely will be coming back to this hotel for another great visit! I love StayBridge and I will be returning possibly for longer than one night!

Everything was perfect, it came with everything you would need in a kitchen, as well as a full size refrigerator. I don't have anything negative to say at all. Everything was perfect. 10/10 experience.

I was very pleased with my room and the staff was very nice and helpful I enjoyed my stay. The biscuits was delicious.

The dryer didn't work very well and the coffee didn't taste good and you didn't have a Variety of breakfast food For example people that don't eat pork. Which I do but a others in my party didn't.

We paid for this trip via Booking.com. When we got to the hotel we had to provide a credit card for incidentals. Not a big deal, standard at most hotels, but “because we paid a third party” our charge was $250. I think that’s a little excessive.
