The location couldn’t have been more perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore without any hassle. The breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Their friendliness and efficiency were on another level — every interaction felt genuine, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

If we had to mention a couple of small things, it would be these: 1️⃣ We wish the breakfast hours extended past 10am, especially on weekends — it would have been lovely to enjoy a sleep-in without missing out on the delicious spread. 2️⃣ It would have been helpful to have an iron and ironing board available in the room, especially for those little touch-ups before heading out.

The bathroom, a full-sized shower! A rarity in Italy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Location was great.

Parking was not near the hotel, but accommodations were made to unload our luggage in the piazza and use the outdoor elevator to our floor, very convenient. Parking area for the hotel was near the train station (walking distance) and was in a locked gated area with video surveillance from the hotel. All in all was not much of an inconvenience.

The reception staff were excellent. The ratio of the size of the room to the TV was perfect. I hate having a big room and a small TV. The ZTL zones were concerning but once we found the Hotel they filled in the online registration so we will avoid any fines. The sat nav in our car was useless so i would suggest using google maps on your phone for final approach. My advice would be to go to the train station then look for the Hotel. The car park for the hotel is just below the Steam train monument in the station carpark. Great breakfast included. (in the hotel not the car park!)

The Weather! no but really everything was great.

Excellent location for enjoying the center of Pescara. The room was small but functional, the bed and pillows a bit firm but overall comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of items. The staff in this hotel were fantastic. At check in the young lady helped us with restaurant choices and gave us information on where to go in the center and what to see. The breakfast staff was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience. We would stay here again.

The location is perfect. The rooms large and spacious, as are bathrooms. Towels and sheets clean and fresh. Lots of cosmetics and stuff in the room. Amazing breakfasts with great staff, delicious coffee and fresh orange juice and fresh fruit. Loved and and will be back.

Thin walls - you can hear everyone in the room next door and above you. No free water in the room, even one bottle for the start.

. The hotel was situated in a really nice location close to shops. Breakfast was good. Staff and service was excellent along with the rooms being cleaned was good too.

Room was clean staff helpful, the breakfast was good. This hotel fell down as it had no draws, places to hang clothes properly and put clothes away, so there is a big mess around you all the time

The hotel is in a central location, 10 minutes walk from the beach, and 3 min away from the train station. Good breakfast, clean room

Because it is a central location overlooking a square, it is not very quiet, however the noise is bearable. The bathroom/toilet door is a sliding door type, which is slightly annoying, as it doesn't isolate the room properly.

Delicious breakfast with choices for everyone from fresh fruits & yogurt, croissants with chocolate or cream, sweets, granola. Eggs (scrambled or boiled), meat selection, fresh squeezed orange juice, and cappuccino. The staff is friendly and helpful from the reception desk to the breakfast room to the cleaning staff. Located central, easy walking to the beach, fabulous choice of restaurants and superb shopping 🛍

The room was dated but a good size it have a large bathroom and was in keeping with the rest of the hotel, situated a short walk from the main railway station and the beach it was a great location. The continental breakfast provided a good selection but if you are looking for the "Full English" then you will be disappointed. There is a secure carpark a short walk from the hotel.

The Hotel was undergoing some renovation and improvement works which were on going during our stay, it would have been nice to have been warned of this it did however not impact our stay.

Wonderful location, near the heart of this seaside location but away from the noise. Breakfast included many delicious choices. Just enough space in the room. The gentleman at the front desk was so very helpful with suggestions for dining and ice cream. We borrowed ebikes to visit the old part of the town and they were great.

Sound traveled from neighboring room through the air vent so we heard them in the wee hours. Very small shower.
