Manola is a special person, she bakes nice Italian cookies & cornetto😊. The rooms are impecable cleaned up. The wifi is full signal. The surroundings are great, if you are a nature lover. Summer time is a better option, I wasn't that lucky with the weather in March. So, if you want to recharge batteries, 2-3 days in Cassa del Nonno is a great choice ! Driving through Abruzzo little villages, up to L'Aquila or south to the coast, the travel possibilities are endless.

The road access is a little bit difficult, narrow, straight, with ups & downs. But after 1 day you'll get used to. A small disadvantage is the lack of restaurants in the close area, walking distance would' 've been great. But this is apart from the house, you can drive 6-8 minutes to reach a good one.

Beautiful location. Clean rooms with each having its own bathroom. Three bedrooms in the upper floor share a kitchen. We were 6 people so it was perfect for us. The breakfast was very good. The owner was very polite, always smiling and ready to help. If you come with a motorcycle, let the owner beforehand so the space can be provided under the roof.

The location was difficult to reach, it was 1-2km over a very narrow 2 way road (nice view though). Enough parking space but you had to park on a steep hill so for cars that don't do hills well it was hard 😅.

Fine room and bathroom with nice views over the lands. A tasteful breakfast, good and enough products, partly homemade and even little croissants with ham and cheese!!

That in Booking there was mentioned a kitchen for commun use, but the kitchen is not meant to be used for cooking by guests. It seems absolutely forbidden, by Italian law, that a B&B offers cooking etc facilities for guests. We did not know this and warmed a rest of our pasta in the microwave. When the host heard this, she came in full stress and we couldn't even finish our washing up the dirt plates and so.

The breakfast is gorgeous and made by host. Every day was different and very various (salt and sweet). One of the best I've ever had.

The rooms could be better soundproofed and it is the only one my suggestion, everything else was perfect.

The place is just amazing! The view from the pool to the vineyards in the region is stunning. Everything in the house is brand new and designed with style. The bathrooms are huge. Breakfast was amazing and the host was super friendly and polite. It was pretty much a dream house.

The hosts are lovely, the room has everything we needed and was comfortable, the accommodation is located in a beautiful rural setting. We loved our stay there

Just Amazing, it exceeded our expectations. One of the most beautiful bed and breakfast I have ever been. We were so looked after by Manola the owner, what a good heart she is :)
