We didn't try the restaurant because it closed too early 8 pm, shower head too big for the water pressure (smaller recommended), hot water makes too much noise before coming out normal, toilet water tank floater gets stuck in a close position.

Breakfast was delicious and service was great and housekeeping service was wonderful Juanita was exceptional, she wrote beautiful notes that made me feel home, my husband and I loved it and did an awesome job keeping the room cleaned! Thank you for having kind and caring people like her.

I expected more friendly staff at the restaurant, we stand for several minutes and no one seems to care so we walked in an took a table, then we were facing the area were a lady was making eggs she looked at us but no intention to ask if we want or need anything.

The breakfast, staff and hotel are all great! The location is situated on a highway access road a bit outside of the historical part of town, so it's best to check the map to know if it meets your requirements.

There was nothing I didn't like! I loved the hotel and amenities, the staff was both friendly and very responsive to the needs of the customer, the breakfast was great, and I honestly consider the price for a night stay to be among the best bang for the buck stays of my 67 years!

See my previous review from the first night we stayed here. We loved it so much we came back a week later and stayed another separate night! Loved it and highly recommend it!

No complaints whatsoever! We were just passing through San Luis de Potosi on our way to La Huasteca-Potosina from Aguascalientes, but I could easily see myself coming back for a longer stay at some date in the future!

The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The server during breakfast was excellent.

The only thing i did not like was that at times the water when showering would loose pressure or go away but not a big deal as soon as you called them it would be fixed right away.

We were pulling a small trailer and able to park in the back corner out of the way. The bed was comfortable, service great, and the breakfast good.

The charge for pets is outrageous. I pay a housekeeper 400 mxn for an 8 hour day. The hotel charges 450 mxn per pet. My two small pugs were 900 mxn per night!
