The staff members Pradhuman and Mariya were the best. They had the best customer service. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. The room was big, and beds were comfortable. I didn't have any issue with the wifi, and the hot water unlike other reviewers complained about the wifi connectivity, and lack of hot water. Excellent location. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The bathroom sink and flow of the water in the sink. They need to upgrade at least the faucet of the sink.

Front desk staff were incredibly helpful & welcoming. The building was spotless, bed was comfortable & I was surprised at the size of a standard room! Felt more like a small apartment than anything.

Construction workers on a skyjack directly outside my window in the morning was a little awkward, but pulling down the shades is an easy fix.

We liked the size of rooms and location of this property for what we needed. It was also very comfortable.

The construction around the hotel made things a bit harder. But that’s not something the hotel can control. There was also a lot of teams staying at the time which makes things louder and busier for those who aren’t with the groups.

Very easy check in. Front staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every time I passed in front of them, they said hello. Lots of eating options within a close walking distance.

The restaurant was unavailable due to renovations, however there are plenty of other options very close by.

The location of this hotel is convenient, with easy access to the highway. The parking lot is spacious, and the hotel offers entrances from both the front and back. I didn’t use the swimming pool during my stay, but I did notice that one is available.

They don't offer a breakfast

Location was perfect everywhere that I wanted to go to including coffee, shops, and breakfast restaurants.

Nothing. There is construction on Wellington Road, but there is also an entrance to get into the hotel . So no issues there.

The hotel was wonderful. Clean, no smells, lots of supplies and close to the hospital. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

The food was great and the waiters and waitresses were wonderful. they were even able to provide me with gluten free toast. The rooms were wonderful as liked to get together for a couple games of cards before bedding down for the night and having the sitting room part made it excellent.

You could make the cost a little bit less however we understand in these times the cost of everything is going up. Try and leave cost at least where it is now.

I loved the renovated room. It was well laid out, clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfy. The recliner chair was a bonus.

I loved the kitchenette but there were no utensils.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative..they were very informative and answered my questions with no problem.

Only thing was there was no microwave in the room which I would have liked to make popcorn with my granddaughters.
