It is cozy, warm and inviting with plenty of natural light and easy to open windows to get the evening or morning breeze. I stayed in room #2 in the back which overlooks the Bay of Fundy. It is much more peaceful to stay there than in the center of Saint John. The owner is very flexible and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. There is a coffee maker, tea pot, TV, and Wi-Fi. I did not watch TV so I am not sure what the channel availability is. Will be coming back for a longer stay. Would love to spend more time here relaxing, and enjoying the views, serenity and perhaps grilling something on the BBQ. Highly recommend this place.

Gorgeous location, great view. Nice little kitchen, lovely view from big front windows, and a nice little patio with bbq and seating. Very comfortable bed.

Could have used a hair dryer in the suite. Shower needs maintenance or updating - a new shower head would go a long way. Dishes in the kitchen need an update. No pots, few dishes. Clearly a bachelor suite, but for a few dollars at the thrift store, this suite could be much better equipped for a long-term stay. Sign at the front should be visible from down the road - we drove past it a few times.

The view is second to none. Absolutely the best spot in Saint John. 10 minutes from uptown to the beach.

As a retired fire inspector, I have to remind folks to check the fire extinguisher in the kitchen, it's empty.

The TV periodically lost service, and I would have to reset the channel, which took only a few seconds, but it was annoying

The environment is very nice with a sea view. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming although the room facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The room has a kitchen for cooking and the landlord has prepared a full set of dishes, which is very thoughtful.

The curtain on the door of the room is missing, you can see the inside from the outside, it is best to change a new one.

The view is great, you can see the bay and a natural area. Very basic and slightly old motel type facilities, but clean and had the little details like plenty of soap and towels and good hot water and fast Wifi. Safe and comfortable place to sleep.

The facilities and furnishings are basic older motel, but everything is clean and in good working order. it’s a good deal for the price..

The owner was quick to answer to all my questions. She was very kind to waiting us , because we were later then expected. Good, comfortable and very quiet place.

The location is a little noisy at times because of the highway. Otherwise it’s wonderful!
