- very clean compared to most hotels we looked at previously - ⁠The manager was very helpful during checkin and checkout times, once when we were delayed at checkin with the staff due to payment processing issues, and later during our checkout when we had trouble communicating with the hired airport transportation driver. - ⁠The young bellhop/staff was helpful with food deliveries and luggage (even though it might not be his job, since he was dressed as security officer?) - ⁠lovely vegetarian restaurant right next door serving amazing indian and asian cuisines everyday. Chai and Masala dosa are must haves. - ⁠walking distance from Manipal hospital and nice fruits, nuts and vegetable stalls nearby.

- Staff needs extensive training to handle guests under pressure, especially during check-in. This is not to say they were rude or not helpful, but rather lacked experience to handle difficult situations properly. Staff were polite and very respectful. - ⁠Significant wear and tear was found in room (TV, AC, some of the furniture) and bathroom fixtures (toilet seats, tiles, sinks, etc., which we did not expect from a newly opened hotel. - ⁠Cleaning service did not change our room sheets even once during our entire 1 week stay. - ⁠not sure if its the case there all the time, but during our stay there was a strong sewage odor in the elevator and hallway

Quality breakfast would have liked a better range of selection, and the food menu for order purposes was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting you. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Layout with a desk and good internet and TV channel selection.

Check-in was unable to use my credit card to make payment considering the late time I arrived, which created unneeded stress. Some fellow residents created unnecessary noise volumes through talking and door slamming.

Good staff.

Washroom shower and bath area which not satisfactory. Shower is not placed in the right outlet leading to only hot water available in it. In spite of requesting they did not want to change which is just a simple work for the plumber. Moreover while bathing water flows across to the closet area and almost fills half of the washroom.

They serve break fast only who were in the list ,and ask for even alacarte from the restaurant told tht if served it might not be enough for the in-house given list.rest all was good

The building is brand new and the room was pretty big, clean and quite. The hotel is located in a side street, which keeps it isolated from the usual traffic jam noise coming from the streets. Breakfast was also good with different options and the staff was very friendly, always there to help!

Room was spacious. Location was very central and 10 minutes away from Indira Nagar making it very easy to access all cafes, restaurants and pubs. Staff was very efficient. Overall great value for money.

Went for medical. It’s walking distance to Manipal Hospital. Great location. Room toilets and everything so clean . Perfect. Staffs really responsive and friendly good manners.

I wish for a small mini bar in the room

Some rooms doesn’t have proper window.natural lighting isn’t good.u should make breakfast complimentary for all rooms.

Best hotel i stayed in india so far. new good quality furniture, bathroom. Friendly stuff - checked me in at 1 am ...find a rickshaw, evrything was smooth and pleasent. Thank you for a great stay!
