It was okay. Staff was very nice and the beds were great. Lobby and room were clean and nice. Will stay again next time I am in Ottawa. Price was excellent.@ $100 per night.

Our microwave in room 120 was not working. I would have liked a handheld shower head in addition to the wall mounted shower head but that is just me personal preference and might not be on your list of items.

Breakfast and the bed was great. The staff and manager were very helpful and courteous!

My room was for handicap people and I could have changed rooms and they offered but I didn't want to move all my luggage and fridge stuff since I was going to be there for 2 months for work. This place still gets 10 out of 10 in my book!!

Breakfast was great but for some reason biscuits were hard as a rock all 3 days we were there??? They cant be that expensive?

The location was so convenient. We chose this hotel because a similar one was 25 dollars more. Beds were comfortable. Micro and fridge made it nice. We were not disappointed! Our room had a comfortable chair (similar to a recliner) with a matching foot stool. Rarely do you find that. Nice variety of breakfast items too.

The bed was comfortable. There was a wide variety of items for breakfast, hot and cold. And items were kept filled. The rooms were very quiet.

Only one working ice machine on a weekend that the individuals staying were there for a car show in the park. The entrance into the rooms was a cluster of doors: entrance door, bathroom door, and closet door. Good get trapped in the doors. Property needs to be updated. There was not adequate parking for ever. Staff took a lot of smoke breaks. Seem to be a soap opera going on amongst the staff. Dining room chairs needed to be reupholstered.

The room was bigger than expected and also nice and comfortable.

The pool wasn't heated and that was the whole reason for choosing the particular hotel. Not much for entertaining the children.

Did not eat breakfast, but it looked to have several options. The last stay back in September I tried the bacon and it was good and hot.

The room was very clean,bed comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast was the best so far. Everything from real scrambled eggs,shredded hash browns ect.ect
