The bed was marvelous! Had the best sleep I’ve had in years, literally! I especially loved the soft sheets. What brand are they.

Lightbulb in reading lamp chair wasn’t working. No light came on when we flipped the switch after the entry way. We couldn’t set the clock by the beds. The switch on the phone said there were messages, but pushing the button gave no messages. Not sure the thermostat was working correctly. Hard to reach the toilet paper.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Could have been the time of year and weather (January, really cold), so it was extremely quiet. I've stayed here several times over the last 5 or so years and it's always been a good place to stay.

My stay came after snow had fallen followed by extreme cold. The parking lot could have been cleared of snow because as cold as it was the parking lot was snow packed and icy. Might not have been as bad if the lot had been plowed better initially. The wind and cold probably contributed to that.

The staff was wonderful, and super friendly. The pool is small, but keeps warm and is very clean. The breakfast is awesome: oatmeal, coffee, juice, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and an automatic pancake maker! The rooms come with single a serve coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. They’re pet friendly and a great deal for the price. We had a room for two for three nights and it only cost us a couple hundred dollars. They have a workout room with a Nordic track cycle and treadmill (as well as a set of weights). Comfortable and only a mile away from campus if you’ve got kids going to orientation.

The toilets are very loud when they flush. Otherwise, still wonderful.

location is great. my room was clean, neat and warm. the shower was as hot as you wanted it to be. the room (#308) door did not fit with gaps on bottom right starting at the door handle. guessing this is a security issue.

The front desk and lobby are beyond frigid. the secondary sliding door into the hotel is always open. when -14 degrees out, this is cruel. front desk clerk kind enough to give me his only floor heater to help. gave it back quickly.

Was greeted by Ted who deserves a raise and promotion. He was very efficient, friendly, helpful, and provided suggestions for local places. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable beds, and breakfast was offered.

The heat should of been turned inso not so cold since you knew room was being rented it too 2 hours to finally have comfortable. After a hour and half we finally left and went to eat giving more time to heat

Pretty quiet and i was able to park near side door and my room was right at end.

Toilet wasnt flushing great and netflix wasnt working but staff said it should

the management was paying attention to details, the corners were clean, the filter was running/bubbling in the pool, the towels were hung decoratively in the bathroom, the sheets were fresh and stretched tightly, there was fresh fruit at the front desk and in the breakfast room, the staff were friendly….and the price was right

a tea bag in with the rooms complimentary coffee would have been nice! flowers in the outside planters would have been a nice touch! I was surprised by the deposit fee tacked onto my bill and feel like I’m at the mercy of management to have it returned

Nice hotel, with comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location was very good for me, close to KU. Our room windows were to back yard so it was quiet to sleep.

Wish the fitness room was bigger.

The check in and check out process was quick with the new system (definitely appreciate it). The front desk guy was super nice, the facilities were very clean, and the bed was so comfortable.
