Everything in the room was good. We had a pretty decent sized room, but wished there was a round table for the sitting area to eat and socialize at. Breakfast selection was "ok". I went for the waffles though! And they were delicious.

Staff was exceptional except for the following morning. Housekeeping came WAY too early. If one thinks about it, check in later in day and check out not even 24 hours later. Paying consumers don't even have the room for 24 hours!

Bed was sinking in the middle so my husband had a little bit of back pain No extra toilet paper

The staff was friendly and had great attitudes. The place was clean and seemed well managed. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to any travelers.

Not a issue, but we were not able to book another night that was needed because of graduation festivities and family gatherings after graduation. There is nothing to complain about, but it would have been nice for another night and not move to another hotel.

Water pressure was low not sure if it was trouble with a leak or buildup of debris in lines (may need to replace shower head & flush valve in toilet) because of the construction of the building next door. This will happen with new water lines being put in. But otherwise is always nice place to stay.

Breakfast was good and that was very important to me cuz we were driving across country to Colorado and it was very late when we got there but they were very accommodating and breakfast for the kids was really good

Excellent hotel close to everything in downtown Lawrence. I came to visit my kiddo at KU and it was the perfect spot. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Lawrence.

Walls are a little thin.

Rooms were clean, and roomy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was thankful for the 24hr coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast had a nice choice of items, but the food was not very hot, it was more like lukewarm.

Convenient location to route 70. Nice size clean room. Good breakfast. Good value for price.

Elevator broken. Only pet free rooms were on third floor, so steps it was! No biggie for us, but could effect others.

The day shift lady at the front desk, I bow don't remember her name but she was amazingly awesome. We stayed for almost a week and was sooo helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it cod be. She needs a raise

The water pressure was trash.other than that it was great

I loved everything bout this place the rooms were amazing! The breakfast was amazing! My girls loved the pool and everyone was super friendly

Only thing that kinda sucked was it cost me 171. For just 1 night. Which was definitely pricy. My daughter is going to ku this fall and I will be coming down here alot. But if im only there a day or 2 that's gonna be a little high for me
