Everything in the room was good. We had a pretty decent sized room, but wished there was a round table for the sitting area to eat and socialize at. Breakfast selection was "ok". I went for the waffles though! And they were delicious.

Staff was exceptional except for the following morning. Housekeeping came WAY too early. If one thinks about it, check in later in day and check out not even 24 hours later. Paying consumers don't even have the room for 24 hours!

The facility was very clean and our room was spacious. The woman in charge of the breakfast room was very friendly plus kept food well stocked and surfaces clean.

The driveways have deep potholes which need to be filled as those could damage undercarriage of many sedans, especially at night when difficult to see the depth. Also, location is near but not on a main street, so needs much better signage.

Bed was sinking in the middle so my husband had a little bit of back pain No extra toilet paper

The staff was friendly and had great attitudes. The place was clean and seemed well managed. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to any travelers.

Not a issue, but we were not able to book another night that was needed because of graduation festivities and family gatherings after graduation. There is nothing to complain about, but it would have been nice for another night and not move to another hotel.

The Comfort Inn and Suites University Area was a nice hotel in a beautiful area. Our room were huge and perfectly decorated with a modern style and two TV's , couch, microwave, refrig, safe, and coffee pot.

I noticed you have water damage in your hallways. I look forward to seeing how you remodel.

I loved how the property was so clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was super friendly.

I didn’t like how hot the hallways were on the 2nd and 3rd floor (the 1st was cooler because of the lobby) and how the key card had to be scanned repeatedly to eventually get into the pool area.

Water pressure was low not sure if it was trouble with a leak or buildup of debris in lines (may need to replace shower head & flush valve in toilet) because of the construction of the building next door. This will happen with new water lines being put in. But otherwise is always nice place to stay.

Breakfast was good and that was very important to me cuz we were driving across country to Colorado and it was very late when we got there but they were very accommodating and breakfast for the kids was really good

Excellent hotel close to everything in downtown Lawrence. I came to visit my kiddo at KU and it was the perfect spot. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Lawrence.

Walls are a little thin.

Convenient location to route 70. Nice size clean room. Good breakfast. Good value for price.

Elevator broken. Only pet free rooms were on third floor, so steps it was! No biggie for us, but could effect others.
