Good size room for the price. Liked the overall atmosphere of the facility. Liked facility other amenities to include full exercise room and pool.

Bathrooms need improvement. Showerhead should be replaced with hose and sprayer that user can hold individually. Shower should have door that closes instead of a single pane that cover 3/4 of the opening. Bathroom needs railings on both near the toilet and the shower itself for safety needs to prevent falls. Area near sink & wall needs hooks on wall to allow user to hang mirror or other toiletries.

Everything is brand new and clean. The staff was super friendly and chill. Eg. the Bar was open officially until 10pm but the nice bartender lady stayed a little longer for us. Breakfast was tasty: eggs, waffles, two types of sausage, biscuits with gravy were a nice touch. Saltwater pool! In general this place knows how to keep highest standards of hospitality.

It would be great if the hotel listed rooms with and without carpeted floors separately on booking.com Since we travel with a pet, we prefer non-carpeted. When we got to there, the non carpeted rooms were all booked so we had to go with 3rd floor carpeted.

It’s a great place…we were in for a family funeral and everyone stayed there. That part was great. The lobby is awesome and the breakfast was wonderful. The ability to just sit there and talk to others really meant a lot to us.

I thought it was odd that they didn’t clean the rooms or replenish the coffee stuff, etc. I might have missed a sign or something that required us to request the room being cleaned….I didn’t care about the bed, etc. as much as I did about the coffee stuff….

Lots of protein on the breakfast bar. I figured they might have some biscuits and gravy but did not.

This is out of the hotels control but we had an issue getting to the hotel. The exit closest to the hotel is closed for renovation, so Apple maps took us way out of the way to get to the hotel. It was dark and raining and the GPS took us over dirt roads and several miles out of the way to get there. When we left and keyed in our destination, it took us a completely different way that was much easier to get out of (and there were not any dirt roads to travel over)

. Very new motel and nicely designed. The room was quite nice although we did have to switch rooms because there were ants in the first one. The shower left a lot to be desired though didn't do a very good job. Overall my experience at this Motel was quite good and they only charged $15 for my dog.

Well the ants in the room we're not welcome but they gladly changed us to another room and again the shower was not very good.

The property was MUCH nicer than I was expecting it to be for the price that I paid. I had never stayed at a Wyndham property before, but I will be looking for one on my next road trip! This place was fantastic in every way: polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, good facilities, beautiful lobby with plants and natural lighting, etc.

I have no idea if the property can do anything about this, but Google Maps takes you out into the middle of nowhere when you put the address in.

Its location was perfect for the reason we were in Lawrence.

I don’t know that I consider it a dislike, but I saw a couple pill underneath the sliding bathroom door, between the wall and the sink basin. My mind races to someone staying in the room with young children and them being found by a child. The room was clean and absolutely anyone could miss seeing them while cleaning.

They always have a wonderful breakfast & different choices every morning. The room was clean except someone dropped a chocolate covered pretzel under the chair but was prob hidden by chair, not sure house keeping would have found unless it was moved. It was a busy weekend so housekeeping staff was only avaliable if needed which was ok but wish they would give a discount since they didn't have to provide extras.

Price was a little high after name change of hotel.

We selected this property over others in the area specifically because they had a bar on premises. It was closed and no explanation was offered even though we asked. On initial observation the room was neat and tidy, but floors were dirty and there was an abundance of long dark hair on the floor.

Room could have and should have been much cleaner.

Clean, inviting, and comfortable as well as quiet. It was easy access to and from the turnpike. Not hard to find and in a good location close to KU athletics.

Sidewalk and parking lot were not cleared of the recent snow making it very unsafe to get into the facilities. The only parts that were somewhat cleared was the entrance area. It could have used a good second round of clearing.
