Brilliant location, what a view from the room! And a vast property, so you can stay inside and be happy. Their activity centre was also very good with good staff and options. The food was good as well. The buffet was expensive, though!

Thought the front staff could be better trained. For example, when we arrived there was no one to help with the luggage. Literally had to go and tell the front desk to send someone. Not normal for a star property.

The culinary experience was truly exceptional. The hotel’s chef is a master of his craft, and it shows in every dish. The seafood spaghetti was a revelation – perfectly cooked pasta with a generous amount of shrimps , all enveloped in a rich, flavorful white sauce. Each bite was a delight, showcasing the high-quality ingredients and culinary skill. Equally impressive was the mutton curry. The meat was tender and succulent, cooked to perfection in a fragrant and spicy curry that was bursting with flavor. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into preparing, and it made for an unforgettable dining experience. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious and tastefully decorated, with a stunning view of the tea fields.

Location on hill is good

Some rooms have no view and that is not clear while booking Customers need to know exactly how the view is going to be Clear exact photos of rooms with outside view must be provided on booking.com site Also property must let the customers know in advance how the view is.

We stayed for three nights in the Hotel and had an amazing view of the city and landscape from our two room suite. The room offers plenty of space and is well furnished and had a comfortable bed. They offer a good breakfast buffet with typical South Indian food in a nice sitting area. The hotel offers also a choice of entertainment and a children's playground. The way down to city is also reachable within a walking distance. The Staffel is very friendly and helpful.

Suresh Mudliyar (General Manager) was regularly checking with us to make sure we were comfortable and he went the extra mile to make sure our room and stay was comfortable. All the staff are helpful and they try their best to make sure everything goes well

The cutlery and crockery are very old and stained, the napkins are also not pleasant to use in the restaurant so changing some of these things will make the experience a lot more better.

The location is superb,the rooms r well maintained with all facilities.The service is excellent and the food is also good.Ms divyashree assisted us well and took care of our concerns..The staff at the reception and the restaurant gave an excellent service very friendly & polite.Overall a pleasant stay .

We stayed 3 days here and our stays was amazing and very refreshing experience. The Gala dinner was also unique experience and my daughter enjoyed a lot. The staff were very humble and approachable and always ready to help with smile. Divyashree Thank you so much, I will always recommend others to stay here and we may visit in future again.

You seldom find someone from the property who goes an extra mile to help you in difficult times. I actually had serious trouble in knowing whether or not my booking is confirmed. However Aftab, the front desk Manager ensured not only my booking is confirmed but also helped us with many things that we missed out while starting from Bangalore. Aftab, you owe a big thank you from me and my family and at the same time let me tell you that whenever I plan to see your property again, it would only be because of your courteous nature.

The view from the hotel was amazing. Size of the room was good. Breakfast options were amazing. Tea stall, on a roof side where you can get a breath taking view, was cheery on the cake. Play areas for kids were amazing. One indoor and one outdoor. my Kids really enjoyed. We took 3 dinners at the property and the food was very good and more than that the service staff in the restaurant were really amazing. I must mention the lady Tulika, she is exceptional in hospitality.

We arrived at 6 pm and upon arrival we felt unwelcomed. We did not see any staff smiling seeing us, We felt unwelcomed. We were in one of the privileged suites where bed could be better. The bed was not at all comfortable at all. We stayed for 3 nights out of that we could not sleep properly for 2 nights. On second day when we reported the matter to the front desk we were told they cannot do anything as all beds are same. I was surprised at this response. However on the check out they told us that they will look into that, but we had lost our 2 nights sleeps and developed back pain by then. It took 55 mins and 4 calls for the bellboy to come for the luggage.

The breakfast was poor , It’s not worth the money Being in south India , lot of other state guest would prefer to eat South Indian , but the sambar was diluted with lot of water Over all the breakfast spread was poor and not up to the hotel standards
