Great little hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good pool area and we had a room with a great balcony view of the bay. Ask for room 33 or 34 if you can! We only had breakfast included but it was a decent buffet, Greek style. You can also get drinks and food brought to you poolside. Read previous comments about the walk to town, but its quite near, easily manageable for anyone half fit and a nice scenic one with an ancient Greek site and coastal path/coastline to look at on the way. If we come back to Aegina (which we really liked) we would definitely stay here again.

The shower cubicle was a little small and the toilet a little too close to it which may be an inconvenience for a larger person although only a very minor irritant for us. There was still a great view out of the shower window!

The breakfast tended to a continental type with some cakes and pieces of omelette, eggs, fruit salad. Good for a 3-star hotel. The stand-out feature was the two-part swimming pool with deep end and childrens play area, plus poolside bar and food service around a pleasant deck chair area. The hotel was a genuine 15-min walk from Aegina port, so easy to get to, with quick access to a beach.

They should have automatically offered me and my partner two room keys; this caused some confusion. The room was very basic in terms of decor (although this did not really bother me much). There was no fresh coffee offering at breakfast or oat/soya milk.

Our stay at the Klonos Hotel was fantastic! This charming family-run hotel instantly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and the snack bar offered a great selection of tasty and affordable food and drinks. A special shout-out to Nikos, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was always cheerful, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed.

It is a very sweet, a bit old-fashioned hotel. The staff is very kind and extremely welcoming and ready to help you; you will feel at home. It is very clean. They have a small swimming pool that is shared with another hotel guests, and the hidden bay is just 4 min walking. Main beach is around 10 min walk. Breakfast is small but they do try to have variety every day - if you are not a fancy eater, you will be very happy.

Almost everything - decent breakfast, lovely pool, good sized room with comfortable bed and a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. Less than 5 minutes walk to a beach you could swim at. About 15 minutes from the port and all the restaurants and shops on Aegina town. Perfect spot as close enough to amenities while also far enough away to be nice and quiet. The hotel also serve food and we enjoyed two very good lunches at reasonable prices.

Only thing we didn't like was the door into the ensuite. It was a frosted glass door.......Would have preferred a proper wooden door for more privacy. But that's it.

When we arrived I asked if we could have a kettle in the room. It was delivered in 5mins. I pointed out that the chrome was peeling on the shower head. A new one was fitted in less than an hour. Fantastic service from the owners who were so helpful and great hospitality. Room was well cleaned. Location of the hotel was excellent. A 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of town. Nice swimming spot just down from the hotel. Would certainly recommend it.

The bathroom was a little small. A pet hate of mine is poor orange juice. At breakfast is was orange cordial and not juice which disappointed me. Towels are not provided for the pool and changed for the room every 2 days. I like a fresh towel daily and there is an extra charge for this.

The hotel is a lovely, modest sized and family run establishment. All the family and staff were very friendly. The main downstairs area of the hotel is bright and pleasant, and had a nice brekfast area as well as a bar and lovely terracing. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, although a little dated. There is ample hot water and good storage. We had a terrific balcony looking out to the sea and this also provided a coooling wind as an alternative to running the AC, which was still available if we preferred. The pool area is lovely and the sunbeds are the most comfortable that I have ever used. Breakfast was very good with a selection of hot and cold drinks, cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs and other warm items, breads and pastries. Drinks and snacks can also be purchased throughout the day for reasonable prices and we enjoy several salads and coffees outdoors. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to town, with only a secitoon of it having a modest hill. You also pass an archaelogical site as part of the walk for a bonus. Overall we had a great stay.

The shower was pretty small, but it was still adequate and most importantly it was very clean and had plenty of hot water at all times.

The staff were warm and friendly. Lovely clean and inviiting areas near the pool and the bar. A beutiful view from our balcony.

Early May is not busy but we would have liked some evening meals available until 9.pm. Evening snacks of toast was not what we two elders wanted - restaurants were 15 minutes walk down the hill and 25 minutes up the hill on an unlit street.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent. So refreshing and a great place to spend a few hours a day to unwind and relax. The walk into town was quick and manageable even on hot summer days with a 6 year old. Wonderful views of the sea from the top of the Kolona hill. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, great pool and pool area - the location was fine, quiet - about a 15 minute walk into the main port area.

I didn’t dislike anything. My only comment would be that breakfast could have had a bit more variety and perhaps generally more of it. What there was was good and again, the staff were friendly and helpful.
