We had a junior-suite. Large room with dinner-table and nice corner with sofas. Fine small kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities and most utensils you want for cooking your own dinner/lunch. Good size separate bedroom with access to large bathroom. Very good, a little weary but still very good.

Well, it took some time before I realized that the beds could be arranged to be hard or soft. My back likes a hard bed. So after all I came to like it. Also, there is no restaurant at the hotel, only the breakfast-room. But there is an excellent restaurant just next to the hotel.

Overall, an excellent stay. Breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed the fresh scrambled eggs with chives, crispy bacon and coffee. The bathroom had a sauna, which was such a lovely respite from the cold. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

There are rooms of the hotel that are in different buildings, 1-min walking distance from the main hotel building. One of the rooms we were given had a unpleasant smell. The staff quickly offered us a new room and apologised for the inconvenience.

Good but not exceptional value for money, but being able to check in early was definitely a very welcome gesture which was helpful as we needed to change clothes before going to a family reunion.

The obsession with birthdays, star signs and astrology - described as "science" - is borderline creepy. Fine if that's the owners' passion but perhaps not everyone shares this fascination.

The room was large and had excellent facilities including tea and coffee making equipment. The bathroom had both a sauna and a whirlpool bath. The room was more like a flat with a mini kitchen area and dining table as well as the bed. Great for people who want to bring in their own food and drink.

The breakfast was served in the main hotel and the room could do with updating. The breakfast was fine with a reasonable variety of options however the bacon had run out on our morning and we weren't late.

The rooms at The Palads Hotel are very spacious and comfortable - great bed - there is free parking and the breakfast was very good too. Viborg is an outstanding town with many extremely well-preserved streets and buildings, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning someday and staying once again at The Palads Hotel.

Very nice room with great facilities (kitchen, sauna, small balcony). Very helpful staff. Perfect location and good hotel parking. We have used Palads before, and we will definitely come back again. Palads in one of your favourite hotels.

Great staff at the reception who helped with any problems that i have encountered. I was upgraded.

The bath was leaking, and they gave me a quiet room but unfortunately there was a basketball field just below my window and young people were playing or staying there early and late so it was a bit noisy. Not the hotel fault though!

The room was nice, spacious and having everything you need or you can imagine that you can need. Very good breakfast. Very good location between the train station (lovely too) and the nice historical center of the town.

Large, clean room with comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, where you could comfortably cook. Comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and a separate area with a sauna!!!! The young man at the reception is helpful and kind, very good at his job!!! Entrance to the studio with a code, also free secure parking in the area of the accommodation. At 50 meters the main pedestrian street.

Breakfast had everything you would expect. Beds and room was very comfy and very clean. Clean toilet and clean towels. TV in room had all the streaming services you could want. All in all a extremely good place to stay and for a fair price.
