Breakfast was very good, and the lobby cocktail bar was cosy. The room was very clean and nicely decorated.

My room was on the 2nd floor and looked out on a roof -one of my colleagues had booked through the hotel website, not booking.com, and her room was 10% cheaper than mine, even though she was on the 7th floor with a really nice view over the city,

Location is great. It is close to the "shopping" area of the town and not too far from the "historical" part of the town. Hotel is new and not yet worn down, this means everything functions the way it's supposed to. Staff are helpful and polite. Room was clean, design is modern with fairly large bathroom, Wi-Fi speed is exceptional.

Kettle in the room would be nice. Also, for business trips, a larger working area / desk would be nice.

Nice, modern hotel with a wonderful roof top terrasse with live music and a view to the city Easy check-in with door-code receive as SMS Friendly and customer-oriented staff

It can be challenging to reach the roof-top as there are dedicated elevators - but there is limited signage In the weekend the noice from the near-by disco and beer-bar is a bit disturbing until 4:30

I attended a festival at Tinghallen, which is in the same building as the hotel so that was extremely convenient. The hotel is a nice modern style hotel.

A bit expensive, a small fridge in the roow would be nice. The bathrroom drain wasn't that efficient - but not bad enough to be a major problem

The hotel has amazing interiors and really gives a “hygge” feeling. The room was really spacious for 2 people and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring in a lot of light and nice views (6th floor). The bathroom was also really nice with really good smelling products smell. The breakfast is unfortunately not in the room price but has good selection (although little for the price) and gluten free bread (I’m celiac). The staff was extremely kind and even let us put our bikes in their storage room.

the room was pretty hot with little options to make it cooler (the window opened only a little bit -because of being at the 6th floor-, and the A/C was hard to change).

Really warm welcome from Nicholas and he helped us with the parking and restaurant recommendations. Marcus was great too and great to chat with. Loved the hotel .

No restaurant at the hotel but there is plenty to choose from in the area so it's not really a problem.

Excellent breakfast, easy and free parking (also very safe, as it faces Viborg's main police station !), modern hotel

Not interacting with any member of staff - a room key code is sent by SMS, check out is done via the internet. The number pad on the room door for entering the code is very small and dark, it was difficult for me to enter the code, even when wearing glasses and using a torch. Without glasses and a torch it would be absolutely impossible - fortunately the hotel does offer to provide a physical room key card, if necessary. Parking is potentially problematic if Viborg is hosting a football match - the stadium is across the street.

The hotel lobby is a Great place to hang out. There is a bar and areas to relax and work. There is no restaurant but they happily accept you to use Wolt to buy any food from the city’s restaurant and offer you plates and cutlery and a place to dine.

The tv remote and system was very complicated to figure out

The main reason for choosing the hotel was the location as I attended a festival at Tinghallen. The fact that cleaning is something you order is nice for a couple og nights stay so you are not disturbed by the cleaning personnel.

Somewhat pricey. A small fridge in the room would be convenient.

All in all a really nice stay. Was in Viborg for the West Ham game & felt incredibly welcome in the town & especially liked the hotels idea to lay on a musician pre game who played "Bubbles" on request. Beds were comfy, cracking view from the roof top, breakfast had an excellent selection. Would recommend.

Very minor point but as a brand new hotel, there were little areas of the property which I'd imagine will be finished off over the winter months. For example, the rooftop on floor 11 could only be accessed by climbing stairs from Level 8 as it appears Floors 9/10 were incomplete. That in turn got a weird situation with the lifts because you could only get onto your own floor with a room card so had to walk back down to my floor (3).
