I like how clean and friendly the staff were. Nice location in a very clean area. Outside the property even has a small pond next to it very nice

We received a false complaint about noise being too loud. I had to explain that we were very quiet because my son is disabled and doesn't like loud noises and my husband is also disabled. I offered the clerk to come and see for herself..it was resolved. We had to go to the service desk to get our own blankets and extra towels because housekeeping was not on the clock at 9pm. And the front desk lady could not leave her post. But other than that the staff was very nice

Great size spacious room with 2 TVs! Comfortable room, bed and good shower. Kitchenette a plus. Frig needs defrost. Appreciate elevator . Dated but clean (except pigeon poo on balconies) with a Grecian vibe. Breakfast was wonderful!! Self waffles and pancakes and hot biscuits and gravy, etc. Kudos to the worker who was back and forth to both areas and cleaning tables! Pool was nice but just a couple of lounge chairs so sat on hot metal chairs and hot tub out of order. Good location and walk to some fast food. Very good weeks stay and price was a great value!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little underwhelming but it hit the spot just the same. It was all the standard fare of a hotel breakfast except that the hot food was served behind a counter instead of buffet style, while the rest of the breakfast items (e.g., waffles, cereal, etc.) were across the lobby in another room. It was a great deal for us weary travelers. We also liked the availability of the bottom floor with patio access to the pool/spa area. It was nice not having to traipse through the hotel in wet clothes to get back to our room.

There was nothing we didn't like.

As I was with no vehicle during my stay, it was nice that there were 2 fast food places less than a block away. Free breakfast that you did not have to cook yourself. The bed was quite comfortable (may need to be replaced soon). Decent size rooms with walking area. 2 TVs so if your are with someone who wants to watch tv or something different from what you are watching, there are 2. I was unable to make use of any other amenities (was recoup from surgery)

The sheets. I do not like polyester, it is soft but HOT. There was no ice machine nor drinks machine on the floor I was on. Typical hotel pillows that have no substance (I always bring my own any how)

Have brought my small yorkie was nice to have her welcome. The breakfast was great too. The people were great and the staff was very helpful. We were leaving extra earley the next day and was given the coffee I needed for that morning. Also I want one of those pillows was the most comfortable. Thank You.

Where other persons who had dogs large ones did not clean up after them. I do recommend the back area needs to be clean up there is broken glass as well the animal waste.

The room was fantastic. Very big and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. One of the managers, Jessica, was amazing with resolving the few issues I had. The price was also reasonable given the room!

I had some problems checking in, which almost left me on the streets for the night. The Wi-Fi isn't great and I ended up having to move room to resolve it

The staff were wonderful and very cordial!! This is the second time we've stayed here and really enjoy the location and the atmosphere and staff. The breakfast is good and the eating area is clean. The staff is great at replacing towels, sheets, etc. in a very efficient manner.

Even though there is a no smoking policy on the property, we often smelled marijuana coming from another room. That was disgusting!!!

Very spacious clean, quiet, safe. Staff was great. Two tvs, one in the living room area one in the bedroom. There’s a sink in the living room and two sinks in the bathroom. Very nice hotel

The ice machine was far, we had went to the football game and I was completely wasted when we got back to hotel. I went to go get ice and it was a mission lol, I got lost trying to find the ice machine. But it really wasn’t a big deal, it was more of an adventure.

We really appreciated how nice and clean this place was inside and out! They also serve a full breakfast variety to choose from so that was very nice! Over all we were very pleased with our stay here and will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this place to friends and family 🙂

We weren't able to use the vending machine to get a drink because it was out of order.

We love staying at Windmill Suites in Surprize, AZ and have stayed there many times. The staff is beyond excellent! The rooms are spotless, comfortable and offer so much more than regular hotel rooms for the same price range. Breakfast is complimentary and delicious too. If you need anything the staff is more than willing to help!
