Comfortable nicely decorated rooms. Great half-board cooked by local ladies from local products. I loved their rose petal home made jam, all the varieties of pickled veggies they prepare for the guests! Despite the location not being at the cabin station, they offer a complementary bus shuttle after breakfast. The walking distance is about 10min or less. The highlight is a lobby room with a bar, music instruments and a fire place where the guests gather every evening. The hotel is run by a Ukrainian-Georgian team who could also offer you professional instructor services, snowboard camps and off-piste skiing.

There is a homelike feel to Casa Ozon Gudauri where you feel very cosy. The 4th level has a big common room with sofas and a screen allowing us to watch moovies in the evenings. The atmosphere at the bar area is great. The fact that (delicious) dinners are included is absolutely great since you don't have to worry about where you'll have dinner after ski. The staff is super friendly and will go a long way to make you feel confortable.

A boot warmer would've been an upgrade, but the general equipment storage area is already warm enough not to let the boots get too wet.

The host was very helpful from the very beginning, before the trip as well as during the stay.

Staff friendly and helpful, hotel very cosy and providing some entertainment at evening time little concerts and webinars by pro skiers, breakfast and dinner are basic but tasty.

Really nothing to complain, maybe a bit far from ski lifts but hotel providing transfer at 10 am.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and cosy. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! We were very happy with our stay. We certainly recommend! Oh and I adored their cat

I would have liked a little cupboard or table in the shared bathroom to put my things (clothes etc) down while I'm in there.

Great place for groups with awesome common are! We had a great time in the hotel. The included breakfast and dinner are also good : )
