Clean, updated, great breakfast, free parking, heated pool, fitness center, business center friendly staff

When I checked out the front desk lady Robin was outside smoking a cigarette and couldn’t care less about tending to the front desk . It took her 10 mins to finish smoking and talking outside before she even acknowledged me. She was so comfortable outside I thought she was a guest? Everyone else (staff) was pleasant and accommodating. Robin needs a refresher course in good customer service

We stayed here for our wedding! Everyone was so accommodating- we had a large group of family staying here. The rooms were very large and clean! The lobby had a fireplace and the bar was open late. Breakfast was included and delicious! We spoke with Meaghan prior to staying here and she was amazing and answered all our questions! Nancy was the bartender and everyone loved her ! Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

Small kids serving themselves in breakfast area. Saw little girl grabbing stuff with hands. Should be children under 12 must not serve themselves. Kids in pool area jumping at people in pool. They jump almost on you. Parents don't say anything

Good location for Bridgewater and Taunton and freeways to Boston and to the West and South. Cozy and warm. Comfortable bed, good 'blackout blinds', quiet location and hotel. Good facilities except for the bar being closed (lack of staff). The conference room and the lounge areas were comfortable and spacious.

Hotel is much nicer than other hotels we had to stay for the last 4 years in Norton/Mansfield area. Unfortunately we discover it in our last trip for my daughter's college graduation. Room is big, clean and no bad smell. Looks new or recently renovated.

Seem to be short staffed. Requested facecloths and paper towels that I didn’t receive for over 2 hours

It was spacious, clean, had continental breakfast, a bar at night, gym area. Bed was comfortable, a pull out sofa was handy and it was quiet at night. And the employees were soooo nice!

The only drawback was the pool temperature. It was too chilly for us this time of year. If it had been hot summer weather, the temp would have worked.

Staff were great. Very friendly and efficient. Great size room. Loved having the kitchen as Bridgewater, Massachusetts is not the best area to find a restaurant for someone with a serious gluten allergy who is a Vegetarian.

Clean with all the amenities! The breakfast was amazing!!! The absolute best. So many options! Loved the homemade waffles!!!
