Everything in general was good, the gym was pretty good, clean and with good equipment, breakfast was also good. I liked having the laundry machine, although the price for the loads charged to my account was more than what is shown on the machines.

Someone at the front desk didn't have enough knowledge about few things at the hotel. He wasn't helpful. But in general, was OK.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location near to Ikea. Heat and air worked well. Plenty of light, electrical plugs, alarm clock and a comfortable chair. Also, comfortable business chair at desk.

Confusion with 2 rooms booked in my name and when arrived only 1 room booked in my name. Second room booked in the other family name WITHOUT any cross reference between. Weekend staff had no clue of connection. Made for a very frustrating and angry first 1/2 hour during check in. Broken fridge in one room and non-working ice machine on our floor was slight inconvenience but otherwise facilities were great.

You should hire people to go to your motels and report that everything is up to what you what it to be.

You need to hire spotters to see that what you want your breakfast to be. All eateries need real cooks

The large-scale of the handicapped bathroom, the room being clean. I enjoyed there being a seat in the shower because standing up is difficult for me. The breakfast was so good. I don't know who did the cooking but me and my partner enjoyed it, especially the sausage gravy.

I wish that the toilet in the handicapped bathroom was a little bigger because it's an small seat and being a bigger person, well you know the rest.

The staff were very professional and attentive. They tried really hard to accommodate us.

The room had a very musty smell that we had to deal with throughout our stay because they were booked and didn't have any other rooms available. They did bring us some spray to spray the room that helped some but it still irritated my airways.

The front desk staff were amazing. Very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. Hotel was spotless. My kids loved it, and want to go back. I will be bringing them 10 outta 10 hotel.

The credit card system was messing up and I had pending charges on 3 different debit cards/credit cards, for a week. That’s my only complaint. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind.

The place its very clean the staff was awesome the pool very clean and the gym also.

II Don't like the guest on the next room have 10 people drinking and smoking mariguana making a lot of noise one of the other room guest have to knock the door to ask them please control the noise but they don't do it so call to the hotel staff and he knock the door and ask how many people in the room they said 10

It had a decent breakfast. The bed was SOO comfortable and so were the pillows! I just wish I could have been able to spend the day in bed it was so comfy🤗

I absolutely did not like that Booking.com had me upgrade to " Double room double beds" once I arrived at the hotel I was informed that there was no such thing. I got a room with double beds. The hotel did what they could to accommodate my children and myself I'm grateful for that.
