The available coffee was lovely, especially early in the morning when one of the front desk attendants made it fresh at 4:30 a.m., when I had to be up for a conference for which I was part of a planning team at Bridgeport State University (BSU), about 4-5 miles away. Nice room, clean, large enough, easy to store things, good internet, comfortable, I requested extra blankets which the staff cheerfully provided; it was a good choice in terms of value and quality, especially since I was mostly at BSU and just needed a good space for relaxing and renewing, which it did. I had recommended the Fairfield Inn to our speakers at the BSU IASD conference. I wish I had known that a conference discount would apply; this I was not aware of and might have increased our attendance. It did not appear on the hotel's website or perhaps I missed it. Next time, if there is an academic conference.

The AC was working well but is right at or on the desk area. So, when it's on, the AC blows directly onto the person seated at the desk, making the cold air flow very uncomfortable. I had to turn it on and off while working, choosing between feeling hot and stuffy vs. cold air blowing on me. The breakfast is traditional; I brought my own granola, knowing it from a previous conference at BSU, because there were mostly white-flour-type carb items. A few more healthy things might be helpful. I don't eat whole eggs so the option of plain egg whites as a breakfast protein would be nice.

Can hear everything thru the walls. Stomping, bed creaking above me, no mini store when i was sick, things around me were closed from doordash at 10pm, i could hear kids screaming and laughing below me. Couldnt sleep well

It was a perfect location to get to restaurants & the funeral home. Breakfast was ok. Clean rooms. A bit on the noisy side but some of the noise is from fellow travelers and some from the highway.

The shower supplies were the large bottles stuck to the wall. People can put stuff in them so had to go buy shampoo & conditioner. individual sample sizes are safer. The shower was slippery and if it wasn’t for the grab bar, I would have been hurt. The phone and cable was out one day. The room doors slam so it’s noisy. But these are all minor things.

For the most part is was quiet, but my window did face the freeway. It was a bit loud from time to time. It was very nice otherwise.

There were some people having a conversation in the hallway, kinda late at night.

The location worked out very well for us

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned and the coffee stuff refilled. We didn’t need fresh towels. Just wanted our coffee every day in the room.

I had a issue with the date i booked but everything was sorted out quickly and i was still able to get a room for the 2 nights i was supposed to. Staff was exceptional every time we crossed paths and the entire site was super clean , i loved it.

Honestly everything was accommodating to our needs, i was double charged due to the mishap on the booking app but it was fixed quickly and the money was back into my account within a couple of days.

As a vister from Australia your facility was perfect for our needs to access our friends in Bridgewater . Breakfast was a wonderful bonus 😋.

The break fast was excellent.So many choices. I was especially happy with the tea selection.

The sheer curtains .the sun rises on that side of the Inn.

I like the decor. Comfort of the bed. And cleanliness. Also the shampoo, Conditioner snd body was in the shower.

I would have liked to see small cartons of Almond milk offered with the breakfast. Also one gluten free bread or muffin available.

I didn't have the breakfast. Check in was very fast. We were especially pleased to get a bag of goodies for being a Silver Elite Marriott member!

We encountered no problems at all.
