This best western exceeded our expectations for a number of reasons! From the moment we checked in we were greeted by the incredibly helpful & friendly Front Desk Manager Rob. He not only was able to get us checked in early, but because we were travelling for our honeymoon he upgraded our room free of charge! We were in the John Alden room and it was fabulous. The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic with the most amazing & attentive breakfast team. In terms of location, it’s a walking distance to all the key sights, restaurants & bars in Plymouth. Overall, we had a great experience here. This was our first time staying in a best western and we are excited to stay again!

The included breakfast was appreciated. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We also liked the heater on the bathroom ceiling. There was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe and an enormous tv on the wall. Being able to park right outside the room was a definite plus. The microwave was useful for reheating food that you couldn't manage to eat at one of the restaurants in Plymouth. The chair and footstool were really comfortable.

The room was very dark, even with all of the lights on. The room appeared a little tired and in need of some renovation, especially the bathroom.

The property is very well maintained, the rooms were very clean and freshly painted. The facilities were very good with a nice pool area. The property is set well back from the road so very quiet we even had a sea view! The grounds are very well looked after. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and welcoming. All for a very reasonable price! Would recommend!!

The room furniture was slightly dated and a little dark. This did not however have a negative impact on our stay.

Property is very good - our room was big, comfortable, with two beds. We here is also complimentary laundry facility, free parking and breakfast was included in price. But the best were people who run hotel - reception area (Tom and sorry - I don’t remember two other names). Brenda was extremely helpful in breakfast area - always ready to help making pancakes, add hot meals, etc. We definitely will recommend all our friends to stay there. Thank YOU all!!!

Nothing to not like - everything was perfect!

I LOVED that housekeeping left a bag with fresh towels and toiletries and toilet paper in the morning since I had the do not disturb sign on our door. I’ve never had that and I absolutely LOVED it. We like to sleep in which usually means missing house keeping and having to track down such items later. But they thought ahead and left it for us. Honestly amazing!

Staff at check-in went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The room was big and could accommodate our accessibility needs. Though our room was towards the front of the property, we didn't hear any road noise at night.

A guy was parked with a generator on a trailer just across from our parking space and he ran it during the evening hours. A little distracting.

The room size was great for 3 of us and all our luggage. Breakfast was adequate and changed some each day. The staff was great and room was clean. Well located and within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions.

Tried running on Pelaton treadmill but couldn't get screen to work since we didn't have a subscription.

The room was very comfortable. I got the upgraded king spa room. We were very relaxed and with the upgraded room we had a separate room with a fireplace where we got to eat awesome local pizza and watch the Eagles beat the Chiefs from the hot tub. Not far at all from the main attractions and parking is plentiful. Get the parking app to make it easier. For a random road trip with my girlfriend and I I was very happy and enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return.

Could have had some more blankets on hand. It does get cold. Nothing else was a problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Very convenient to historic downtown Plymouth and to the beaches and restaurants! Room was very clean and comfortable with amenities like a sitting area, microwave and refrigerator. We also enjoyed the pool! The grounds were extremely meticulously maintained!

I truly recommend this hotel it is beautiful, great location and they all are very friendly. i hope i will be back soon!

The only complain is that for breakfast i wish they can have turkey stuffs not ONLY Pork. i Hope they take note about it and next time i can enjoy breakfast much better... overall everything was excellent.
