Property is very good - our room was big, comfortable, with two beds. We here is also complimentary laundry facility, free parking and breakfast was included in price. But the best were people who run hotel - reception area (Tom and sorry - I don’t remember two other names). Brenda was extremely helpful in breakfast area - always ready to help making pancakes, add hot meals, etc. We definitely will recommend all our friends to stay there. Thank YOU all!!!

Nothing to not like - everything was perfect!

The room was very comfortable. I got the upgraded king spa room. We were very relaxed and with the upgraded room we had a separate room with a fireplace where we got to eat awesome local pizza and watch the Eagles beat the Chiefs from the hot tub. Not far at all from the main attractions and parking is plentiful. Get the parking app to make it easier. For a random road trip with my girlfriend and I I was very happy and enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return.

Could have had some more blankets on hand. It does get cold. Nothing else was a problem.

Little cottage was cute but spacious . Breakfast was good. Waffle making machine plus other options and lovely staff on hand to help. The rest of my family was in another hotel in Plymouth . They got no sleep there as very noisey . But My room was nice and quiet so I got a good night's sleep both nights. I only wish I could have stayed longer and availed of the pool.

It ould have been nice to have a cold bottle of water in room on arrival. You could get cold glasses of water if you walked back down to reception and i was told the tap water was drinkable water , but I was only told this information when I queried it with reception .

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They kindly gave us lift to the railway station when we left. The breakfast was good, the hotel was a comfortable walk to all the sites of Plymouth particularly The Mayflower but was out of the centre so you had quiet. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. There is plenty of parking and the gardens are well maintained. We only sat around the outside pool but it seemed very popular with families.

Difficult to find any faults really.

Needed a one night location to stay in order to avoid a long return ride home. This establishment was affordable and the room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the breaksfast in the morning with great New England Coffee!

The bathroom was smaller than I liked and the shower stall very narrow, a larger person could have issues in it.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights and really appreciated the support from the staff and the location. Absolutely ideal for accessing Plymouth on foot. Good inclusive daily breakfast and room fully serviced or not depending on your choice. The nightly visits from the racoons in the grounds were amazing and overall we would recommend as a good hub for Plymouth and the cape.

Room could smell a little musty at times but I suspect that this was due to the bathroom power vent not being linked to the bathroom light switch, and the room was a little tired but still very clean and comfortable. The hotel also needs to look at its utilisation of single use plastics for the room coffee packs and at breakfast, altough this might be a latent covid thing, but better solutions are available.

The location is great, close to the main restaurants and tourist spots. The apartment is comfortable, with good mattresses, two windows, an external sink next to the bathroom, and an extra area with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. The outdoor area is well-maintained with several flowers, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is a typical American one with hot items such as eggs, potatoes, and waffles. I highly recommend it.

Everything here was lovely! The staff were kind, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was clean and had nice toiletries and even makeup wipes. Plenty of pillows and an extra blanket. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and even make your own waffles that were super yummy. The location is perfectly walkable to all the best spots in Plymouth. We loved our 2 night stay here and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much!

The front desk was friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants for dinner and giving me everything I needed, including an emergency number for the night security. Breakfast was sumptuous (waffles, cheese omelettes, oatmeal, muffins, pastries, toast, fruit), something for everybody.

The in room fridge had a motor that was a bit noisy, but not bad. No problem sleeping.

Very good breakfast options. Your hotel is very nice - I felt welcomed and comfortable.

You didn't offer water in the soda machine. Is there water or other drinks from the breakfast area available during other hours? I didn't ask, but that would be helpful.
