Beds extremely comfortable. Food was lovely. Quiet hotel and bedroom. Central location and large car park

Had booked wheelchair accessible room with wet room facilities. When we arrived allocated room with bath which I had specifically stated was not suitable for our needs. Moved the next day to a new room which had wet room. Issue with shower chair as was not under shower head and controls too far away for wheelchair user to access. The night manager Bill asked me to jot down my recommendations so as to improve service which I have done. Overall a good experience particularly for my husband's first trip to the United States and he being a wheelchair user

The staff are always very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.The breakfast is actually one of the reasons I choose to stay at the Hampton Inn. Overall the breakfast options are good and plentiful. A great and convenient way to start a busy day.

The only thing I really did not care for during this stay was the bacon in the steamer tray. It was cooked but extremely soggy like overcooked noodles and dripping in either grease or water hard to tell. Gross

Check in staff, Jill, was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable stay. Great location for visiting Plymouth. We even drove the entire cape from this location.

The room's carpet seemed due for an upgrade, but was clean and not really a turn off or anything.

The location near stores and restaurants, the comfort , breakfast included, the pool and hot tub .. all great !

I love swimming and so dose my granddaughter that one of the main reasons I go there for her to enjoy the pool with me but the water is very cold for a indoor pool warmer water please

Breakfast was ok the hotel overall was great me and my family have stayed there multiple times over the years and there is always improvements in the staying experience when we come

Breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp.

You were out of shampoo. The tv channels were minimal and there was no option to stream movies to the tv from a personal device. No information booklets or anything about restaurants or things to do nearby. I’ve never seen that in a hotel before.

Staff were helpful and nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Loved the location. Fresh cold water in the lobby was a nice touch.

The beds and pillows are terrible. Breakfast all three days was gross. The coffee and hot water they leave out were cold every evening.
