Location, right on Cape Cod Canal, great for walking, attentive front office staff, due to covid restrictions change of linens etc upon demand. Breakfast is varied, plentiful, hot and cold, with a very attentive, pleasant lady seeing to your every wish in a heartbeat, including her fabulous Muesli/granola concoction over yoghurt with fresh sliced fruit and berries (4 at least).... an easy and healthy choice to make instead of canned fruit salad offered by some competitors. A very pleasant stay indeed.

The hotel is incredibly accommodating, it's has just about everything you need, a gym, a pool, a bar, great views, not difficult to drive to either. Not to mention the breakfast every morning. A great choice to stay at

The location is spectacular and the staff was wonderful. We had a big double overlooking the canal, next to which we hiked every day.

Loved the breakfast except for the scrambled eggs which were very low quality. Hilton should improve this minor problem, which is the only thing we didn't love.

We always enjoy the breakfast at the Hampton. Staff for Wednesday and Thursday we exceptional! They were on the move in all areas. Bar attendant was also great Tuesday and Thursday . Area is a hidden gem being close to the canal , though for the times we have been there we have never had a canal view room :)

We started here during May 2020 of COVD .During a period of time during uncertainty, we have returned twice and will again . Prices do go up but you don’t receive rooms cleaned every day but I see this is the way the world is moving forward .Now returning to our hometown yearly .

Clean indoor pool, hotel appears new, beautiful, well maintained area behind hotel with canal views and seating, beds were comfortable

Bar beside lobby served cocktails with cheap alcohol, rendering them un-drinkable, had to move rooms twice due to AC breaking down first night, noticed 10 small ants in last room, breakfast area spacious but breakfast selections not tasty

We were warmly greeted when we arrived at hotel. Our room had an amazing view! And, there was a terrace, outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather! We loved our fluffy comfy beds! Provided me and my 2 teenage girls the best peaceful sleep!! Breakfast buffet! Wow!! Cinnamon roll waffles!!! Yum!! Hashbrowns and Sausages!! Yogurt parfait! Fantastic!!

My daughter and I had a wedding to go to and chose Hampton. Jacklynn was very nice telling us about Hampton and even noticed my birthday was the next day. So sweet. There was another woman who worked there, but didn't get her name. She helped me with the waffle machine and I noticed her doing environmental services when she showed me how to get to the bathroom. She was wonderful. We loved the room. I loved how the TV in the room said' Welcome Linda' on the screen. A big plus was extra plugs everywhere, the pillows were excellent and we loved the duvet covers. The paintings and the yellow lamp was so adorable.We were by the elevators but it was still so quiet. The breakfast was quick but delicious options. I made the waffle and had the eggs. The coffee was great! We loved walking the canal. I wish I could have stayed longer. The view of the bridges and seeing the bridge go up and down for the train was a treat for us!

We live in Bermuda and went to Cape Cod for my son to attend camp. We needed the hotel to be a home away from home and that is exactly what they delivered on. The facilities were great, breakfast was amazing, rooms were nice size, laundry facilities we easy and accessible. Even through we initially booked this hotel by mistake. It worked out to be exactly what we wanted and needed. A home away from home. Staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The hotel seemed like a very well run machine.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant in finding us a quiet room. We loved the room with the view of the ships and boats on the canal. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sitting by the fire pit in the evening chatting with other guests was lovely. Car parking was easy, lots of room. Restaurant recommendations were perfect and a few minute drive away.

Unfortunately the room next to us became very noisy at about 11pm as what sounded like a party of youngsters were in it, definitely no adults telling them to keep the noise down, shrieks, yells, banging against the wall. It was after a school holiday Saturday night party. I put up with it for an hour then rang reception who sorted it straight away, perhaps I should have rung sooner!

The location was convenient and the room was large. The workout room was very nice - lots of free weights to choose from with a view to boot.

The price was very high, $450 for one night! When we got to the hotel, we checked on another room for my aunt because she wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to make us sick. The price for the same room was half the price.
