We stayed at the Inn for 3 nights. I called a week before our arrival asking for a room in the main building. Our request has been honored. The staff has been very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

Complimentary breakfast was terrible. It did not bother us since there are so many good breakfast places in the area to choose from. If having breakfast at the hotel is important, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The location is great to visit and do things in and around Sandwich. The convenience of having an in-house restaurant and gift shop are nice amenities. The pool was clean and having access to a phone to call for poolside dining and drinks is wonderful.

There should be a sign with the extension number to the bar to call for poolside drinks/dining. Menu in the pub/tavern is more for the formal dining room. Would like to see more pub options, scallop and clam dishes.

The Breakfast was no big deal! We hadn’t been to Dan’l Webster since before the kitchen fire. I remember staying in the hot tub suite in the ‘80s. The rooms and decor were not so dated.

We stayed in an average first floor wing that was comparable to any decent chain motel and cost a LOT more.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing!! The location and grounds were so pretty! The staff was very friendly and super helpful! The room was very clean and quint. We loved our experience at the Beach Plum Spa, we very much enjoyed our Mother’s Day girls weekend!

The rooms could have been a little bigger. The beds were okay, but definitely needed to be a bit more soft. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room for drinks or left over food from the restaurant.

I love the King suite and the balcony for some fresh air but obviously the whirl pool jacuzzi tub really takes the cake

The only thing I didn't like was the bar and restaurant were closed but i knew about the fire so very understandable

Lots of charm. The hotel was clean. Great pool. The location allows you walk around to shop and dine. Very friendly staff. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Location was great, walked to nearby sites. Nice gift shop, very pleasant staff, very clean room.

The bed was a bit hard (and quite high) and lighting was low. Wish restaurant had been open but understand the circumstances.

The individual that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating (David). He remembered us from the last time we stayed and acknowledged our anniversary and really made our stay very special.

Very good. Healthy choices and more decadent choices were in the menu.

View from room was the rooftop. Windows wouldn’t open. Had to have a/c unit on all the time. I really like fresh air, or at least a fresher, more purified source of air. Towels were not replaced daily. Maid didn’t enter room at all.

We liked everything about the Inn, really no complaints other that the restaurant was closed due to a recent fire.

Clean up around the pool area a little better.
