The bed was super comfy, the room was recently but beautifully redone , the staff and owners were friendly and seemed genuinely wanting to know how we liked our room and the stay. The entire place is under a renovation, so it may look a little rough outside , but dont be discouraged , this place is a gem.

Some of the lighting in the room needs a slightly better placement as well as a few more outlets especially near the full length mirror.

Location and price were the main reasons for booking. Everything would look better with a lick of paint but it was clean, tidy and convenient. We were going on a Jaws tour at Martha Vineyard at 11 in the morning and had to be in Falmouth for 9.30 to park. It was doable from there. Eating places are limited so eat before you return.

Bit dated especially from outside but was clean and. Inventions.

The Earl of Sandwich was close to everything in Sandwich, easy to get to. Parking was good and although I didn’t end up using it, the pool looked great.

My email said I could check in at 2:00 which I thought was great. When I arrived at 1:50 I was told that check in was at Three, so please come back. I realize that I was a few minutes early, but since it didn’t look busy, I was surprised they turned me away. When I asked about Ice, they said “no ice today “.

Check in and check out was super easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Even though the property is clearly dated, it is so cute and charming. There is a pond (that is fenced in) with ducks and geese, a large lawn with relaxing chairs scattered around. The trees were beautiful! I would definitely come here again!

I stayed in room 9 on 4/28. The room had a cozy look, hardwood floor, a firm comfortable mattress with very soft pillows. It was clean. The room was chilly ( only 50 degrees outside) it had a combination ac/heater unit that took a while to warm the room and even longer to warm the bathroom ( wish it had a heat lamp). Water pressure was average. There is a pretty good pub 5 minutes walk ,”Father’s “. I definitely would come again however, I wouldn’t come in the off-season because of the chill. And the outdoor area with the pool would be in full swing in season which would really add to the charm.

The storm door handle is broken, one of the casement windows wouldn’t latch closed letting in cold air, and tub drain was backing up a bit.

Located a five minute drive to private beach where friends were staying and very close to local coffee shops, convenience stores, etc. The bed was comfortable, and the room was as it looks in the pictures. Just what we needed for a quick getaway.

Location was great, easy to get everywhere we needed. Loved the small deck overlooking the duck pond and peace and quiet of garden ares. Fridge and microwave were nice perks.

TV remote didn't seem to work, towels were a little scratchy.

The building and room were cute and quaint. Very homey and comfortable.

The staff were unavailable when I checked in. Had to call their cellphone because the office was empty and no one answered the motel's business phone. The staff (housekeeping) was not versed in English but thanks to Booking.com everything was already taken care of and conversation was barely needed.

Room was spotlessly clean. Grounds were peaceful and well kept. Refrigerator with freezer, and coffee maker in room. Nice linens, and toiletries available. Little porch off the room to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Pool was spotless! It didn't say it on the website but ice machine was available. Ducks and white geese in the yard were fun to watch. Easy to get to.

We had to keep adjusting the AC - it seemed to keep shutting itself to a higher temp. It is a wooded area, but the baby flies in the bathroom (total of 7 that either crawled on the wall or stayed on the shower wall) might upset people. Paneling in the BR is very beat up, and toilet seat very worn and needs replacing.

The grounds were very quaint. Well kept, nice variety of seating areas, nice decks off the back of the unit. The ducks were very fun, I counted at least 30 of them. There's a small duck pond and they appear to be well cared for. It was nice sipping coffee on the back deck and watching them. The common lawn area was very peaceful. The pool was so nice! We had the luck of being the only people using it both times we were in the pool, so it felt like our own little escape area. The room was well appointed, beds were super comfortable, shower was nice and hot with good pressure.

I don't have anything at this time that would have improved our stay.
