The room was very clean. Great fridge with freezer, decorated cute and easy parking and access to room.

The air conditioning was slightly wonky. Worked well when we finally got it on, but we did have trouble keeping it going. Definitely could have been user error…it was one of those units that sits high on the wall and when it was running the vents blow the air directly on the bed. My husband loved this….me not so much.

Three of us were passing through for the night for the Pan-Mass Challenge. this is a 100% contactless hotel from what I am able to tell. All went really well and the interaction I did have with the staff was great. Room was CLEAN and they made sure we had plenty of towels. Area was quiet too! I would stay there again if we needed the room!!!

It was comfortable and in a convenient location to a beach (1 mile away). There were some good places to eat just a few miles up the road.

The bathroom was quite small and lack hooks etc for ease of use. A swifter broom would be helpful as if one goes to the beach it seems some sand is going to find its way back with you.

The room was clean

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom sink was loose on the wall. Also the bathroom door did not open all the way or close properly. The bottom hinge on the door was very loose.

The motel was very cozy. It destroyed any preconceived notions I've ever had about motels. It was super clean, conveniently located, still very private, and not far from the beach. Booking was incredibly easy, and the staff was very accommodating. Checking and check out were also very simple. It was truly a delight to stay there, I'm already thinking about coming back with my family.

Room was large and had a mini fridge/freezer which was very handy and appreciated. Room was also very clean.

No complaints for a mid-range motel. No breakfast restaurants close by, but no more than a 10 minute drive to dine out.

The cleanliness and the renovations. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping/groceries etc.

The rooms could use welcome mats or small throw rugs inside throughout for when it's raining outside. The bedspreads cover the corners of the beds. Kept bumping knees. No coffee etc. was stocked in the lobby. Update TVs with streaming apps.

I liked the location, it was near Sandyneck Beach 1 mile away. There is an amazing restaurant across the street called Amari. The food is excellent.

I didn't particularly appreciate paying an additional $30.00 for a cleaning fee. That should already be included in the price of the room.

The room was starting to show its age. Their were a few holes in the walls and plumbing fixtures were old.

Very clean. The room seemed to be recently painted. The outside had a very nice grass area and flowers. It was only about a mile from the beach. The beach was mostly rocky but my wife said that is normal for Nee England beaches. The location is only about a half hour from Hyannis

Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan
